進房間看到和網上還是有很大差距，除了有一衹熊貓貼在牆上其他毫無關聯，房間沒有紙巾和礦泉水，空調安放的位置剛好在床頭上，那麼近的距離！不曉得老闆去體驗過自己的酒店沒，冷風一直吹着頭不疼嗎？更嚇人的是床頭出現蟑螂和打屁蟲（當時被嚇到了忘記拍照）毫無睡意可言，想象晚上有蟲一直在床上爬，體驗感真的差勁。

該賓館坐落在七彩湖風景區，位置優越交通便利，賓館到花溪十三橋景區步行衹需10分鐘，到七彩飛瀑景區步行也衹需十多分鐘，賓館到海中海、翡翠長廊、竹尖漫步等景區車程也不過10多分鐘，交通非常方便。賓館房間舒適衞生，服務人員熱情周到，賓館餐廳提供竹珍宴，很有地方特色，味道也很不錯。
