衞生:間洗澡門密封不嚴漏水，漏的衞生間全是水，
環境:太差了，靠近馬路，晚上很吵，影響休息
服務:整座酒店沒有電了，沒有提醒，沒有告知，沒有引導，太危險了
設施:整棟樓沒電了，安全出口指示燈沒有一個亮的，疏散樓梯沒有指示，堆放的都是易燃物，疏散通道都堵住了，疏散門沒有指示，不知道從哪裡出，怎麼過的消防驗收，衹能呵呵了，這裡有大問題

近高速路口，從高速下來衹要十來分鐘，招牌燈很亮顯眼，大堂也比較大，房間空調暖氣給力，空間大也比較新，很不錯！服務也挺好的！

優點：
1.整體挺乾淨的 無異味 （也沒有香氛味這點好評 有點酒店 在房間裏噴香氛 對鼻炎患者很不友好 這家就是乾淨的味道）2.地面也沒什麼塵 沒頭髮 3.免費礦泉水 4.免費停車（規規矩矩停停車位裏不會被鎖車） 5.位置離高速口比較近 6.床鋪整潔乾淨 床墊睡着舒服 兩間卧室都有電視 7.前台客氣有禮 8.着重説一下衞生間水流特別沖 熱水充足 洗澡很痛快 特別贊
缺點：窗户比較薄 不隔音 白天對面在施工 晚上有大車 房間也不是很隔音 有挪椅子的聲音 在衞生間隔壁説話聲很清晰 房間位置在電梯口 出出進進 人説話 打電話 有點吵 不過我入住當天客流不是很多 就還能接受 第一次來常寧這裏居然不室內禁煙 沙發都有煙燙的洞 大堂也有人抽煙 去肯德基居然有人聚眾抽煙 深感震驚

房間超級大，我姑娘在裏面爬的很開心~床很舒服，淡季吧，人不太多也很安靜~用攜程的積分買了一份早餐，店家2份早餐給打了折~
最要感謝的是，把我姑娘的花灑忘記拿了，店家也跟進找了並幫我郵寄回家~謝謝~
下次還住維也納，之前在廣東的維也納總覺得很土high，這邊的就格調很不錯，我很喜歡裏面的畫
