酒店超大，大堂豪華，霸氣，房間夠大，陽台對着柳葉湖，美景一覽無遺，早餐廳超大，環境舒服，早餐品種超多。
房間裝修一般，設施一般。

房間剛裝修過，半新半舊的，有巨幕，積木，還有滑滑梯。都是小朋友的最愛。但是一樓洗手間什麼都沒有，連洗手液也沒，希望可以補全一下。大堂就一個前台坐在裏面差點沒看到，因為住3個成人，入住的時候讓前台跟客房服務説要補全一下房間的拖鞋牙刷，跟我説要收費？？？晚餐直接在14樓餐廳用餐，餐廳很好。 服務員很熱情友好。
