The gardens are very well cared for. We did not have an opportunity to try the cafe, but the bright market umbrellas looking over the garden make it a very inviting venue. The bathrooms were probably built in the 1970s, but they were very clean and the management had put in a few extra decorative touches and they clearly care about the standard of their facilities. The sites are closer together than some newer parks, but they have a concrete pad on each, so it is more pleasant stepping out of the van and/or space to set up an awning. Very pleasant, but brief stay. IGA next door.

We stayed here overnight for the 2nd time. It’s a great place for a stop over and comfortable beds and quiet at night. Shopping centre around the corner and a pub for a meal. Just wanted to go for a swim but they were resurfacing the pool.. but oh well.. no big deal lol

The park has a well fitted out modern camp kitchen with two big barbeques and big tables with everything one would need. It has been oriented so it is sheltered from the wind. The gardens are very well cared for. We did not have an opportunity to try the cafe, but the bright market umbrellas looking over the garden make it a very inviting venue. The bathrooms were probably built in the 1970s, but they were very clean and the management had put in a few extra decorative touches and they clearly care about the standard of their facilities. The sites are closer together than some newer parks, but they have a concrete pad on each, so it is more pleasant stepping out of the van and/or space to set up an awning. Very pleasant, but brief stay. IGA next door.
