The waitress serving us was equally helpful and needs recommendation how she attended to Physically disabled lady without being asked PROBLEM - group of young POLO team members entered the dining room in WET SWIMMING GEAR, Disruptive behavior , did not wear masks, nor put on gloves to dish their plates, they touched food with their hand and the worst was they stormed into the small room where hot food was served, TOTAL DISREGARD OF RULE - keep social distance - and with a sudden 20 + people pushing us out the way and standing over us ....we left the room until they were done and went back for our food THE DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR DID NOTHING TO STOP THIS !!! He should have asked the Team leaders / elders to speak to them and if still not compliant apply the rule : RIGHT OF ADMISSION .... No managing of his Hotels rules

Mowbray
Booking in was a pleasure and front desk staff were extremely helpful and so pleasant. Both room and bathroom areas were clean, linen was clean and yes, the pillows were very comfortable! The room was quiet, bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a good restful sleep! The view overlooking the pool area was great, especially at night with the blue lights highlighting the area. Stay was too short - I will definitely utilise City Lodge Pinelands again!

Little Scotia

My daughters and I arrived early December 2021 for a ten day stay at Little Scotia. The best decision I made. The place was safe and secure which was the most important aspect for me. We were able to come in and go out at our convenience with our access tag to the place. It was clean, neat, restful and we had all the help we required. Our room was our haven and sanctuary in the evening while we enjoyed late afternoons sitting right outside our room. The staff are friendly, kind, passionate about our stay, the conversations were great, the advice and direction for the days outing help a great deal. It is a home away from home, a place you never want to leave and believe you me I was heartsore leaving
Annex Lodge & SPa

I had to make a quick decision on a place to stay as we were already in CPT and no place to stay and already paid for a previous place, therefore on a budget! Booked through lekkerslaap and really thought that is should be a respectable place to stay. Booked a room with 2 beds, were told sorry cant do, when I asked that we really would like one, they took as to a room, that was so dirty and it looked like the bedding was washed 2 months ago and it was shared showers and loo! I then took the double bed with own bathroom on the outside of the house, with no security gates on door and windows, no hanging space for your clothing, no remote for the tv, the floors/carpet was horrible and dirty and the mirror in the bathroom broken, (only mirror) only a shower curtain and the basin is inside the shower, the wall in the bathroom is not build to the top and you can hear everything happening in the room on the other side of the wall! No remote for the gate so I had to get out of my car to ring the bell to get in every time, not safe at all, and they never opened the gate immediately, then had to wait for cars to be moved around to I could park inside the premises, as I refuses to park outside as they advertised safe parking! The only thing that was acceptable was the bed!
DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town - Upper Eastside

Salt River
Upgraded to a Loft suite. Excellent (once the air conditioner unit was explained). Staff great. Housekeeping a bit too eager. On site restaurant Liberty's seems slow and disorganized, even for South Africa and especially for a Hilton's. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront every two hours. Walking distance to the Old Biscuit Mill (a Saturday morning must-do). Regular and reliable taxi service around Cape Town at reasonable rates, for drop off and pickup. Airport shuttle. Neighborhood was very safe Don't pre-book tours before you get here; Yasir and his team will take good care of you.
