Downtown area was safe, not at all quiet, shopping was just around the corner, dining options I had researched were no longer in business, walks were very enjoyable parking was HELL! This has got to be the worst place I had ever stayed in. Property never looked the same or remotely close to the pictures. The mattresses were so old I couldn’t sleep the first night feeling bed bugs all over me. Bathroom sink was broken shower curtain road was rusted, I wish I could get my money back!

Horrible hotel. I have never stayed in a hostel but suspect it would be a step up from this place. At least they cleaned up the cockroaches we killed in our room.

Good location few steps to main plaza. Trolley must do 100 pesos. Water show at 8pm for 15 mins woosuper. In walk distance.

The hotel is located on the corner of the plaza and walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, historical areas, etc.... the hotel overall needs update.

El hotel es muy viejo, a mi parecer muy descuidado y sin conservación en especial a la parte del mobiliario y/o diseño de interiores.
Sin embargo, la habitación, baño y amenidades lucían limpias. El hotel está en el centro de la Ciudad, lo cual, lo hace atractivo y muy accesible para caminar esa zona sin necesidad de transportacion en vehículo.
El hotel es muy tranquilo y el personal es amable.
Check in y check out, fueron muy sencillos y rápidos.
