No decent fire escape.
Bathroom was like a walk-in closet.
Breakfast poor. You have to ask for real coffeecups and fresh milk.
Parking lot was occupied. Only room for 4 cars. So had to park in public area.

Pros: The location of the apt was central and convenient. Railway station approx. 15mins walk, plenty of restaurants nearby. The view from our room towards the church behind was great, especially in the evening. There were proper blinds for the windows, covering from the sun. The bed was good and we got a good sleep, no noise from the traffic. Cons: We paid extra for the bigger room, the promise was 20m2, but the room was clearly smaller, although the bathroom was quite big - not giving that much of the value. There was any table for eating, no kettle or coffee maker. The room did not have air-conditioning, but the air flowed well, when you opened the window in the room and the bathroom. Would recommend this hotel for a overnight stop-over.

We liked this place, it is freshly decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fine. Really pleased with the location, walkable to the main attractions of Caen and plenty of restaurants nearby at the marina or the castle. There was no problem parking on the road outside the hotel on a Sunday.

Nice option when in Caen. The hotel staff was super friendly. They accomodated us in a perfect room for our baby.
I only think that the breakfast could be more complete. It did not have much variety.

Nice hotel, not fancy but just with everything that is necessary for when in Caen. The location is good (about 10 min away from the city center). They have private parking. The breakfast was ok, I wish it had more options. The staff, however, was lovely. They were really friendly and they accomodated us and our baby in their ground floor room to make things easier for us. Merci!

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. La chambre était chaleureuse et la salle d'eau spacieuse, tout était très propre. Le couchage et les oreillers étaient confortables. De plus nous avions une vue sur la cathédrale, et nous étions au calme. Tout était parfait, et le stationnement facile. C'est un hôtel dans lequel nous aurons plaisir à revenir et que nous conseillons vivement.

bonjour, l'hôtel est très bien tenue et la chambre était très bien, Chambre avec douche et TV . le personnel très accueillant. on peut y prendre son petit déjeuner. L'hôtel se trouve en centre ville, il y a un parking surveille. je recommande cette hôtels.

Très bon accueil accompagné de bon conseil pour se promener et se restaurer. Chambre agréable et propre et une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était bien aussi et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
