Hotel muito bom com atendimento excelente. Eu havia reservado o quádruplo standard, mas chegando lá, percebemos que o ar condicionado era bastante barulhento e o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo. Conversei na recepção e fomos prontamente trocados para o quádruplo confort, esse sim, com ar condicionado do tipo split, totalmente silencioso e o quarto muito aconchegante, tipo chalé. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento perfeito.
Recomendo para famílias, mas com atenção ao tipo de quarto por causa do pequeno problema narrado acima.

We arrived yesterday for a six night stay. The rooms are disgusting. They smell like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and the smell won’t go away. The pillows smell like mold and the bed too. The sheets have weird stains and the bathroom glass door has not been cleaned in ages. The security box is just a key that blocks the openin the door, nothing safe about it. I asked for new pillows so we could at least sleep, and they only offered to give me new ones tomorrow. I don’t know what the hell are people think g in the previous reviews, this place is gross, overpriced and we are moving to a new hotel this morning. The best description for this hotel is low life disgusting sex motel.

My family and I stayed at Pousada Miratlântico from 2/1 to 6/1/24. The Hotel has good points to highlight, and many to improve. Of particular note is the excellent service and promptness of all staff. From those at the reception (Beatriz, Diego, Luca and Pedro), the pool bar (Érica), the restaurant and cleaning staff. The Wi-FI is also good, and deserves positive mention. The improvement would be the maintenance of the hotel's facilities, especially the rooms. Breakfast can also be improved. I've seen reviews that say the coffee is wonderful, but that's not all. far from it, it is just correct. And there are points that I have only seen occur at Pousada Miratlantico, such as the extra charge for pool towels. First time I saw a hotel charge for these towels.

O caminho até a praia andando é ruim. O htl tem rampa, mosquitos depedendo do quarto. A piscina é boa, mas cheia de folhas caisas ao redor. Tem uma árvore na entrada da piscina que impede a passagem com risco de queda pq além da entrada ser estreita. A árvore está crescendo e levantando o piso. Faltou luz diversas vezes e o hotel não tem gerador. Funcionários do café não são simpáticos. Não tem leite em garrafas, só na máquina. Um leite super doce e é preciso pedir ao funcionário que não tem boa vontade de servir. O quarto tem bom tamanho. No geral não gostei.

Bom hotel, simples, com localização razoável - para a paria da Ferradura (dá para ir a pé tranquilamente), para as outras praias necessita de carro. Funcionários educados, bem treinados e atenciosos. Bom café da manhã, farto e variado. Quarto e banheiro espaçoso, cama grande, porém roupas de cama e tolhas ruins, berço e seu colchão sujos e como mofo - Este foi o ponto negativo da estadia. Estacionamento amplo e fácil, na porta dos quartos. Muito verde no hotel e uma ótima piscina para crianças. Voltaria, porém pediria previamente ao hotel atenção na questão da rouparia do quarto. Entrega bem o que cobra.

Uma boa opção , com boa relação custo x benefício , na praia da ferradura . Localizado a 10 minutos a pé da praia da ferradura . Atendimento bom, funcionários educados Uma ótima piscina e sauna úmida muito boa . Os quartos são simples mas funcionais . Quase todos tem uma varandinha. Café da manhã bom, com pão de queijo gostoso As instalações estão mais antigas , mas tudo funcional
