My Husband and I had a great time . There was a great BBQ place right next door. The beds are so comfy and the room are clean.. The man at the front desk was so nice he I wish I got his name. But he was so nice. We will definitely go back soon.

Checking in I was told there was no hot water : waiting on a part for repairs. They let me check into their sister-hotel across the street with no additional charges, even though my reservation was prepaid and didn't technically allow refunds or changes.. Obviously I was thrilled to have quiet, clean and hot water for the night! Great customer service attitudes at both places, too!

Dirty,unsafe, homeless ppl in the hallway and parking lot. I felt unsafe as iam a solo female traveler. I didn’t stay and cook get my money back. Terrible experience.

I liked that the room had hardwood floors. It was very clean. We ordered pizza from the pizza place that was right there. Staff was very nice. Breakfast area is small and didn’t have a large menu but what they had was warm and there was a staff member making sure there was enough stuff for everyone.

The staff was fantastic but the shower rod was loose as was the bathroom door knob. The breakfast was not up to standard.

We got checked in right away. Staff was very very friendly. Front desk held the door open for us and our dogs which was so awesome! The room was clean and comfortable ! The pool was semi warm but clean and had towels ready ! The gym was open 24 hours which was a plus!
The next morning breakfast starts @6 and we came down to get ready to leave but before we left we went to get some food @7 and there were no eggs or sausage/bacon and no one around to be found to ask if they were going to refill. We just made a bagel with cream cheese. They also still did have waffle mix !

The only real complaint I had with this booking was I reserved and paid for a king suite and what we got was a standard room with a king bed. I even confirmed with the lady at check in that we were getting a suite. Not a big deal as it was only a one night stay but I did pay a few dollars extra to get a suite so we would have more comfortable seating to relax before going to bed. Since it was only a one night stay we didn’t make a fuss about it but hope Wyndham makes a better effort in the future to provide the correct room.
