The employees are awesome, very helpfull. Having a restrant on site is a big plus for us, the food is great. I reco the Cordon Blue dinner and the clam chowder is the best ever! This 2 days was a great stop. We will be back!

This place was a good pick for same day reservation, but I was not thrilled with the fact they do not allow dogs/pets at all. They will charge $300 if you sneak your pet in. It was late when we got there and he had no choice but to leave our little teacup yorkie in the car all night. Because of that I would not stay again - the room was clean and the staff was nice.

We really needed a good, safe spot after driving for a long distance. This place rated a solid ten as far as convenience and location. The indoor pool and spa provided the needed rest and relaxation we didn’t know we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and well appointed. And the hot breakfast was perfect. Hot waffles, eggs and sausage, and great coffee to go, all included. Really we couldn’t have asked for better. The staff was accommodating and responsive as well. Great spot.

Clean, nice staff, only draw backs were no bottled water in the machines for sale and side doors were not secure, they needed repair. Safety for guests is a concern.

Property is very nice. Staff friendly. Had a king suite and it was HUGE and great to relax after a long days drive. Town leaves something to be desired. All but 2 restaurants were open at 6pm on a Saturday and one was booked until 8:30. The other closed at 7 lm and was out of everything. Maybe the hotel can provide travelers with a list of operating restaraunts.. otherwise its a great stopover.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean! Their pool is being prepped for a refurbish, so be aware when booking. Otherwise, my son and I felt completely safe and cozy!

We had a leaky toilet valve. I reported it twice.
Finally my husband had to take matters in his own hands and turned off water to toilet so we could at least sleep

This is probably the best hotel in Hines/Burns. We had no complaints about the room. It doesn't have a elevator so it can be challenging on the second floor if you have difficulty with stairs. The breakfast was good. Better than some I've had in expensive hotels. Overall we have no complaints and recommend it if you are stopping in this area.
