Currently undergoing some renovation. We were on 4th floor, work was being done on the floor below and we could definitely hear construction noise. Didn't find out about the $22/day parking fee until we arrived at the property. $25 for two people for breakfast was not out of line, but the variety of breakfast foods was very limited, and what was served was not prepared well.

Check in was easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was close to everything. Food and shopping areas all within walking distance. Enjoyed Burlington, would book a room here again.

We checked in on a Friday afternoon. Sounded like construction on the floor above no mention at check in. Went to dinner with friends and returned around eight. We could hear the TV in the room next door. The TV played all night until four am. Pretty disappointed with the sound proofing. Long night!!!

Property is centrally located. Room was large but very plain. Housekeeping, clean towels, etc. available only on request. TV remote difficult to decipher. One tiny soap; shower gel, shampoo, conditioner attached to the shower wall. Toilet paper was rough and thin. Valet parking extra $22/day. Bar/restaurant closed due to lack of staff.

The property was fine but the homelessness in Burlington takes aways from the entire experience. The property should take this up with the city as we see little reason to visit Burlington again

I travel a great deal and stay in both Hilton and Marriott properties. In checking out today I was greeted by a $31.64 ADDITIONAL CHARGE beyond my prepaid room rate.
I was told that this is something that this property does and basically so sorry can’t help you.
The Hotel is also under construction with a makeshift bar/restaurant if you are ok with a banquet bar and a couple tables in the hall for food. I’d overlook that as improvements are always needed but the BAIT AND SWITCH RATE priced them well above the market for the evening especially for the hotel’s condition.

Pros: Great location & a very short walk to downtown Burlington/Church Street w/all the fun shop’s & restaurants. Also a short walk to the beautiful Lake Champlain & nearby bike path/greenway. About a 20 minute uphill walk to UVM. The hotel seems very clean/new facility.
Cons: Way too expensive (total price gouge for UVM Parents Weekend; no complimentary breakfast or happy hour despite the extremely high price). The HVAC system is crazy loud (I am not kidding; So. Very. Loud. Would make a loud clunk when turning on/off. Light sleepers be ware.). There are absolutely no hooks in the room to hang stuff/clothes/gear, except for 1 hook on the interior bathroom door.
