Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Par contre j'avais demandé dans les demandes particulières d'avoir une chambre avec réfrigérateur, pour y mettre un traitement médical, à notre arrivée à 21h notre chambre n'en possédait pas. La personne à l'accueil a été très gentille elle nous a changé de chambre. Mais elle nous a dit n'avoir jamais reçu notre demande. Hors j'ai reçu une réponse me disant qu'ils feraient de leur mieux. De qui est la réponse ?

While the staff in the office was very nice, our room had a very broken door frame, beds were terrible, the TV did not work, the refrigerator would not get cold, the showerhead in the bathroom is approximately 5 foot from the ground so if you’re over 5 foot you would be taller than the showerhead and when I made the reservation, I made it for three adults and one child and they only gave us two towels. Just not a good experience at all.

The door did not deadbolt.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
There was no in-room fridge after me trying to call and confirm ahead of time.
No TV channels really.
Didn't even stay the 2nd night of our reservation and would not stay there again!

I would give this property a 5 star on all except the quality of the room was lacking. Shawna was able to get me in for an early checkin. She was great giving me dinner suggestions. The other desk clerk was very nice also. We had a problem with the wifi and she put us in another room very quickly. I think that the property is goiging through a upgrade. I will book with them again hopefully I will be able to give them 4 stars across the board

I was issued 2 dirty roomsnin a row. beds weren't made garbage on tables and floor, full garbage cans and after being there for 10 minutes I felt unsafe asked forna refund and went to another hotel, was then told it was a no refund and I had to contact *******. Still trying to get my money refunded!
