Room was dirty, drains didn’t work, lady at the desk told my wife not to be so rude when she asked for fresh towels. Shower wasn’t much more than a trickle.

The hotel room itself was not good. Smelled musty when we walked in, no ice bucket, small pillows. Even the TV was terrible. There you go

There was a smell in the room I had no idea where the smell was coming from until I opened the microwave moldy chicken. Unacceptable. Will be at the desk this morning
