The location is close to the old street, but it is still a bit tiring after using it. Overall, the hotel environment is comfortable, the room is clean, the hair dryer is strong enough, the bathtub is large, the water is strong and hot, and the bed is soft and hard The hotel is moderate and very easy to sleep in, but the large floor-to-ceiling windows are really dirty. After all, it is a hotel that boasts a view. Guests will definitely look at the floor-to-ceiling windows immediately. It would be great if there are ways to improve it. The facilities are not given five stars and are simply not used. So no comment

The location is located in Nanfang Shopping Center, which is convenient for dining and shopping. Those who drive by car are recommended to refer to the guidelines on the official website first. If there is a holiday, there will be a long queue to enter the parking lot. The breakfast content is quite diverse, and the performance is mediocre. During the peak dining period, we can see that the service staff are working very hard and quickly to arrange new seats for the waiting guests. The room has its own sense of design, but not everyone can accept it. The front desk staff are friendly.

Staying on the 6th floor, the room is large and clean, but the TV signal is bad and will get stuck. The counter is kind, the first floor has a snack bar to use, you can also wash clothes, very convenient. The hotel is in the perfect location to visit and experience all that Bruges has to offer, it is literally 2 mins from the Belfry and the main square. We drove to Bruges and used their secure underground garage for the duration of our stay. The rooms are basic but very comfortable, the bed in particular was very comfy! We had a very small balcony overlooking the road, which was lovely to get the atmosphere. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and there was no iron / ironing board (although they were available from reception is needed). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for the shower. Although the hotel has a terrace, you can’t use it past 10pm due to noise restrictions, so we moved inside and were served by the stand out star of the hotel for us… Vlaktko the excellent bar man. He makes the best Moscow Mules! He was friendly and attentive and went over and above to help us. We found the check in / check out service to be a little slow. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, it is just perfectly located and if you stay then say Hi to Vlatko!

Deluxe room was very nicely decorated and bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom I felt could do with a bit of modernisation. Wifi worked well and automatically connected when we entered the hotel. Breakfast was really excellent; not a huge choice, but something for everyone, quality ingredients, lovely porcelain cups and teapot. The hotel is very centrally located at only 5 mins walk to the main square and the Belfort. The staff were delightful, super friendly and very accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend Hotel Biskajer to our friends and hopefully return again ourselves. To note: underground parking is available nearby for a fee. There is a free shuttle from the train station to the center of Bruges, otherwise, a taxi ride to the hotel will cost around €15 for an 7/8 passenger van.

Beautifully appointed historic hotel in a fabulous location, right on a canal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but not to worry, they offered some refreshments out on their patio while we waited, which was a very nice touch. Hotel and room was very clean, very nice modern bath and luxury amenities. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety of wonderful meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts and breads. We really enjoyed our stay and a bonus is it is next to a very nice brewery, in case you get thirsty!

The Aragon hotel is situated almost in the center of Bruges. Accessibility is easy for small cars, if you happen to have a larger station wagon or even a small or large MPV you will find it difficult to park at the hotel (limited parking spots and not easily accessible). The rooms we booked were in a separate building a 2 minutes walk from the main hotel. The walk over there is no issue, dragging you luggage there though is ! Also as the main hotel has the restaurant and breakfast location, you need to walk there, which was not an issue for us (mid summer 2019 it was nice and dry) but would be on a rainy day. The overall price we paid for the rooms was more then OK as the rooms were spacious and nice. The breakfast is OK, but not up to a 4 star hotel rating. At check out, although everything was prepaid I was asked to pay a local tax by credit card which I found disappointing.

From start to finish the stay at this hotel was amazing. Our room had the most glorious view of the canal and made our honeymoon so very special. The location was superb with easy walking to all the attractions. We loved the charm and extra care taken when requesting tea and coffee which was brought to our room. Fabrina at reception was a delight and I’m not quite sure if our stay would have been the same without her. My husband is a huge movie buff so staying at the same hotel where ‘In Bruge’ was shot really made his day. We will definitely stay here again!!

Conveniently located near to shops and Christmas markets. Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good with wide range on offer. The breakfast staff will gladly prepare anything you require. We stayed in room 29. Clean and comfortable although had we known the shower and wash basin would be in the same room without a door, we might have chosen a different room. There was a definite smell about the hotel..drains we think as we smelt it in other places in brugge. It was quite strong in reception and by the lift. We also had a smell of it occasionally in our room. Again because there was no seperation from the bedroom area, there was no way of shutting it out. Overall a good experience but expensive for what it is as calls itself a ‘boutique’ hotel. I would suggest some investment into some new towels also as the ones we had were small and rather tatty.

You do need to know that you will have to carry your luggage up a traditional Belgian staircase, we were pleased we only had a weekend bag!! Our room was spacious and the heating effective! It was clean and basic - but we were pleased it had a kettle (us English eh!) And the location was fantastic! Easy to get around Bruges from. Very friendly and helpful owners, but I'm still embarrassed about 'stealing' the plug they lent me, despite their reassurances that I was simply making up for all the hundreds that others have left behind!! I will think of them every time I use it!
