If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I would also recommend that you never stay here. For starters, the floor is warped and wavy like it has been flooded, at least it was in my room. You can't smell mold in the room but I left here after a 6 night stay with a bacterial sinus and chest infection that I had to take antibiotics to get over. There was no other hotel option bc I was in town for work and there was no other occupancy. My room had a gap under the door from which bugs swarmed the room at night. The dresser was propped up level with books; the mini fridge was also propped up with a book to stay level...(I guess because of the ”wavy” floors)...The blanket had a knife mark in it. The couch was shredded on the corner, I assume by a cat...who knows. The shower was quite decent - that's the only nice thing I can say about this place. All in all - It's disgusting. There are dead bugs and garbage littering the entire grounds. My first impression pulling up was people outside their rooms bar-b-que-ing and playing music - GREAT. Not much area to park; it was completely full so people had to park in the mud. Save your money. They charged my company $113 a night plus tax...a rip-off.

Looking for a last minute place to stay for Labor Day weekend and our usual places in Broken Bow were booked up. We decided to try this place even though it was 25mins away and originally only booked 2 nights not knowing what to expect from reading recent reviews. The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean, everything worked perfectly, very cold a/c and they also have nighttime security to monitor the parking lot. We even called up front and ask to extend our stay by another night. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are not coffee makers in the rooms (I don’t like going down for coffee when I first wake up) and the mattresses are extremely noisy.

Stayed here a few times, it is a sufficient place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Disappointing to hear your neighbor get the same room for $79 a night. Aside from that, we had a good stay, nothing fancy, and they have done away with breakfast, could use a security lock in the doors, and the people were friendly. Courtney welcomed us like we were family, so thank you Courtney for the warm welcome.

十二點到達後，服務員面無表情。説兩點後才有房。想上個廁所，説廁所現在搞的一團糟，暫時不能用。三點後回來辦理入住有了點笑臉，晚上要了個毯子態度還好。早餐基本沒什麼吃的。我們8點50下來吃飯衹有幾個冷掉的甜甜圈，兩杯酸奶，一點牛奶。房間裏面設施有點老，我們要求不高，也還算乾淨。
