Clean and comfortable with great kitchenette facilities in room. Shame we were staying in ugly weather because the location and access to beach was great. Older building but well maintained. Short drive to town centre and shops. Over all I’d recommend for anyone seeking a beach side holiday. View from our room would have been great in better weather. We were grateful to be dry and comfortable!

Don’t know how the outside mat is very wet and stinks, every time I try to go inside just makes the room worse. The lady at reception is not really friendly.

This is my second stay but this time for more than 1 night.
Although check-in was fast I had to return to the reception to complain about a noisy fan. No onsite maintenance or even someone avalible to have a look. I also wanted to talk to the maintenance guy about the lack of internet in the room so the TV was useless. Fridge although cold didn't have a working freezer. All things I could have had rectified immediately on check-in. Further to this I requested a room swap but was told no, we are full booked. There wasn't full rooms for the duration I was there so I could have been swapped. I also found smokers all over the property which is infuriating inclusive of butts left on the sand and grassed area. The pool area is horrible and exposed to the sun, there is no shade for children or table
I won't be staying there again nor my guests

Beautiful spot with fantastic views from the balcony over the bay. Beautiful sunset. Extra bonuses - cat to pat at reception, ice ready to go in freezer, glasses in fridge cooled for drinks, fast and efficient check in and out by Janet - thank you so much, we will be back.
