Absolutely great hotel, will definitely come back to stay again. I wasn’t aware there were no elevators as my mother had a hard time coming up and down the steps.! If my mother comes again next time I’ll make sure to ask for a room downstairs. Other than that the hotel is great!!

Friendly staff, decent size room with a sofa bed that was needed.
Breakfast was fine (yogurt, bananas, toast, oatmeal & coffee). Nothing special but it did the job on a Sunday morning.

This was an older place but well kept it did need some remodeling like the carpets and so forth. The biggest problem we had is their was locks on the tv like you can't control the volume after a certain point and if you want to hook up anything to the tv like game systems you can not because they will not give you control of that either. The other part is only one party in the hot tub at a time that part is great but both nights we stayed one party monopolized both nights until late hours of the night. So i would say maybe they should have a sign up sheet for people that want to get in the hot tub for like an hour at a time or so.
The beds where very comfortable and the evening desk person is very friendly and helpful. We definitely did enjoy our stay here. I would also say i would add a little more variety to breakfast such as waffles or pancakes and maybe another form of eggs like scrambled or something just give some hot options.

Quick family trip to Boulder for family weekend. This hotel is about a 12 minute drive from our son's house. Room is spacious.

Hotel is in a very nice area outside of Boulder Colorado. It is in a mostly residential area with a walking path running through the property. It is the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable.
