Kurzfristig ein Hotelzimmer gebucht. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen habe, dachte ich, das war vielleicht doch keine gute Idee. Dann kam noch eine Mail des Buchungsportals, dass die Dusche sehr klein sein. Auf Borkum angekommen teilte mir die freundliche Dame am Empfang mit, dass man ein Upgrade gewähren könne. Das Zimmer war kürzlich renoviert und großzügig bemessen. Netter kleiner Pool im Hotel und schönes Frühstück. Also gar nichts zu beanstanden. Gerne wieder.

Gute Lage, auch wenn bis spät in die Nacht der Diskolärm den Schlaf geraubt hat… Mini-„Suite“ überteuert aber man zahlt halt den Blick…Renovierung sehr billig wirkend. Keine Klimaanlage, große Hitze im Raum. Keine /nicht funktionierende Lüftung im Bad. Was das Ganze ein wenig wert macht ist das tolle Frühstück, dafür kann man aber auch als externer Kunde ins Hotel kommen.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer Tochter dort, und waren von dem Frühstück begeistert! Einmalig! Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und spiegelt die Atmosphäre der Nordsee wieder. Tolles Schwimmbad, und Sauna vorhanden. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Zum Service kann ich nichts sagen da ich aufgrund eines Unwetters keine Chance zur Anreise hatte. Auf Nachfrage auf Stornierung und Buchung zu einem späteren Zeitraum und Ausgleich der Mehrzahlung keine Kullanz . Besser Finger weg!

Das Hotel wurde renoviert. Es war aber auch höchste Zeit. Einzelzimmer mit Meerblick war klein aber genug, das Bad neu aber sehr winzig. Eine Ablage für Kosmetik fehlte komplett und der Wasserdruck der Dusche leider gar nicht vorhanden. Ob’s an der Armatur lang sein Mal dahingestellt. Ansonsten ok aber so kleine Dinge wie Lichtschalter hätte man austauschen können. Das Frühstück im renovierten Ambiente war reichhaltig und gut. Schön geworden mit Kleinn Abzügen in der B-Note

😊Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück hat 5 Sterne verdient. Das Zimmer war sauber. 😩Schon der erste Eindruck in der Lobby ist nicht einladend. Ikea Regale für Gästeinformationen. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Einzige was „superior“ war, war der Ausblick. Alles auf das Billigste renoviert. Zwischen Flur und Zimmer eine alte, verschrammte Tür (die hätte man auch aushängen können), war nur im Weg. Im Bad musste man die Schampooflasche in der Dusche auf den Boden stellen. Auf meine Beschwerde an der Rezeption kam nur die lapidare Antwort: ich gebe es weiter. passiert ist aber nichts. Wann sind die 4 Sterne dieses Hotels das letzte Mal überprüft worden.
