This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. Recommendation: Create a member loyalty platform - I am sure your hotel will be famous as more travelers discovers what you offer. + Very prime location, 2-5 minutes walk to the white beach + Their staffs are superb in customer service + Worth every penny + Very spacious room, has a bath tub and veranda + Breakfast selection can be improved but I loved their main dishes + Free cute tote bag + Complimentary drinks were served right away + Wet cold face towels were immediately given - Construction is kinda loud, but the room has a bit of sound proofing which helps. - Minor: There's not flat iron or maybe, they can provide upon request. Thank you to all of the staffs, you guys made my stay memorable, special, and I felt at home.

FAR from anything it claimed it was in hotel directories. Nothing like the photos. Generator sets were underload and they turn off the power supply for the rooms in untimely hours (not an excuse for a place that categorizes itself as a hotel even if a storm hit them 2 weeks before---other cheaper hotels faired better in the area in terms of power management). Sometimes the power was out at 4AM, 12AM, and then out for most of the day/night. You have to personally go to the concierge for them to give you the basics---towels, soap and toilet paper. Most of the towels and some of the blankets are stained. We were even given a stained bath towel with a hole the size of a grown man's fist. Wires of appliances were simply taped on the wall. No daily room clean up which any basic, certified hotel provides. Cockroaches can be found crawling under beds from time to time. Imagine having to walk around under the hot sun and you want to relax after a long day of frolicking at the beach, and you go back to a room like that at night. Imagine taking a shower and then the towel you are about to wipe your body with smells old and has questionable stains. And then the lights go out. Afterwards, you try to go to sleep and the power goes back on. Then it turns off again at 3AM or so. And you wake up from the heat and can't even charge your phone while you rest. Price-wise, I couldn't say it was cheap. It was expensive for such poor service and disgusting rooms. We could hear foreign guests complain at the concierge over a lot of things from up the second floor. And I can't blame them. You might as well check in at short-stay dorms.

The hotel with very high cost performance, because the room that is abandoning the beach is too small, specifically looking for a large room. The biggest disadvantage of this home is that the location is not easy to find, a little in the mountains, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the S3 beach, and turn left and turn right. Fortunately, the hotel's waiter came to the hotel where I lived, and it was convenient. And very cost-effective The hotel is really a surprise, the surrounding environment is a bit poor, but it seems to be isolated from this small courtyard, the yard is green, clean and tidy, the room is a surprise, big enough, the bed is finally 1.8 meters! ! ! There is also a rocky design in the room, and each room is equipped with tables and chairs for dining. TVs, air conditioners, and refrigerators are working well, and the service staff are particularly enthusiastic. I am afraid that we will not find the main road and will send us in the past. Feel the family with children coming to Boracay, don't mind the distance from the beach, because it is only 5 minutes away, but the room is large, relatively quiet, there is a yard, the children run and run, close to the beach The room is small and can’t turn away.

Boracay Sands doesn’t disappoint. The staffs are very accommodating. Room is being cleaned everyday. Breakfast buffet has a lot of selection. A superb beach front hotel plus the sunset view was so majestic. Worth the experience. Recommend indeed! Thanks Boracay Sands!

Probably the comment is not very good, so there is not much price increase during the Spring Festival. This is still good. Most of the people who live here are foreigners. They are always full. There are few Chinese people. The location is really good. The beach, at S3, diving sunset sailing, water sports are very convenient, there are not as many people as S2, it is confirmed that there is no WiFi, no free breakfast, no disposable items, no kettle, no hair dryer, non-Huawei mobile phone in the room, The Internet is not good, the room is still very big, very clean, and the decoration style is ok. It is more retro and clean. It has not been cleaned for 3 days. It should be a style that European and American tourists like, but in general, Chinese New Year During this price, this great location, such a large room, was quite cost-effective.

This is a review for the restaurant/bar; I had already booked my accommodation in advance before finding this place during my trip (but I would definitely look to book a room here in future if I am lucky enough to visit Boracay again). The restaurant serves very authentic tasting Thai food, with lovely basil/coriander/ginger/lemongrass flavours, making it a great change from the typical food served in many of the other restaurants. The bar is at the front and is therefore great for sitting with a beer and looking out on to the beach for some ”people-watching”. The bar is managed by a very friendly guy - Arthur - who has been working there for a long time (I think he said 30 years!) Arthur keeps the beer super-cold, and is great for a relaxed chat, with tips for the island. The other staff were all very friendly too. A very relaxed and friendly place. Hope to see you again in the future, Arthur! (P.S. My only suggestion would be to have a larger sign at the front advertising your Thai food; I know there is a sign but, to be honest, I didn't notice it, and I only discovered the Thai food by accident when I asked for the menu. I think a clearer sign for your great Thai food may bring in additional customers? All the best - and many thanks!)

Great place right by the beach. The owner and his daughter are very welcoming and nice. Location is just perfect, shops, restaurants, bars everything is nearby. The room is simple, but if you are just there to sleep, it’s fine. The AC was working well, it was strong, so we were only using fan at night. WiFi signal was strong too.

Very nice place! Large and clean rooms, very friendly staff, 5 minutes to the beach, near 7/11, and a lot of inexpensive delicious places. It is located at 3 stations. We really liked it there, recommend it!
