The whole experience was good. Greeted by Front Desk asking if for check in. With no other further engagement made upon our arrival, like how are you today? Since we are very tired 15hrs of transportation. I only remember she mentioned about cards if lost will charge us ph900. After we arrive at the room, we order in Room Service and the operator was not detailed with information. I still need to call again and ask for how many minutes our food will be delivered? She replied with 30min. But the food was delivered after 1 hour! F&B staff of Sapphire are pro active, approachable and always have a smile on their faces. HSKP staffs never miss to greet us with a positive attitude. Pool side Massage are the best. I had 4 days massage as I really enjoyed the good service. We stayed in Henann Crystal for a total of 5 nights and its really a perfect place to stay. And will surely comeback again. Near to D’Mall , other restaurants with beach view.

This is by far my favorite Henann Hotel in Boracay. This was my second stay and it didn't disappoint. This is their newest hotel so you can expect the that the rooms, amenities, and facilities are quite new. I haven't tried the more premium Henann hotels like Crystal Sands and Prime, but I bet Henann Park would likely be at par with the two. + Very efficient check in and check out time -- you can ask for late checkout (subject to room availability and may incur additional charges if your extend longer) + By the main road so it's easy to commute, near fast food restaurants and stores. + Staff are accommodating + Free breakfast for 2 + Room upgrade fee was reasonable. I originally booked a deluxe room with no view/window but the front desk offered me to upgrade to a Premier room with pool view and balcony, the only down side is that the bed was downgraded from King size to 1 single and 1 queen bed; but hey, it's still a good deal. - Room slippers and bathrobes must be requested, I think these should be readily available in the room. - Pool is quite smaller than Regency/Garden, which can get easily crowded especially during peak seasons. - The path leading to the white beach is terrible. I think the hotels should coordinate with the LGU to have that fixed, especially the dark alley which you need a flashlight in order for you to traverse - I am not kidding, it's pitch black in there.

Very nice hotel. Convenient and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great house keeping. The hotel offers huge amounts of swimming and its bar in the middle of the pool. It will have good opportunities to have a variety of drinks while swimming. However, I found some lack of providing amenities. I have booked a room for 3 people but there were not enough amenities. I have to ask every time to provide them. Found some ants in the bathroom. There is too much of a crowd while having breakfast. Not enough space for movement. In some cases, there is no hot water while getting in the shower. It's been fixed later. I found the iron board was not in workable condition and it was very hard to use it.

The approach she had for me is very uncomfortable and intimidating, same with the night guard , but the rest of the stay was amazing!

This is a good hotel, I had a good experience. Offered a room right by the pool and quite near the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located. The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

Stayed at GW in May 2019. It is a hotel in an alley connecting White Beach and the front street, but unfortunately there is no sign on the front street. But the transfer service at Katykran Airport sent me 々 to the hotel properly. The return to the airport was requested to arrange the brochure transferr at the front desk to the staff. ＝ Good point ＝ Location is outstanding near the beach, DMALL, station 2! Very convenient. The exterior and room are quite small The shower is hot and the water pressure is high. No problem with drainage It was breakfast, but you can choose from about 10 kinds, especially like fruit plates Staff and security guards are very friendly! Only cute staff! ＝ Now one point ＝ It was a room on the third floor, but it is painful because there is no elevator. Free Wi-Fi can be used on the first floor, but on the third floor, it is weak. Because all the balconies are facing the courtyard, the eyes meet with the other person who goes up and down the room and stairs opposite. I called the contractor and got repaired, but did not dramatically improve ＝ Conclusion ＝ This facility in this location, recommended for easy price!

We’ve been to Grand Boracay years ago, so i booked it again this time because i was very satisfied with our previous stay there. As usual and expected, our stay there was again worth it. Great location, it’s in the middle of D’mall, a short walk away from Station 2 White beach. A few meters away is the Mcdonalds and Andok’s if you’re on a budget. A few meters away is Aria if you crave for pizza and Italian food, although it’s a little bit pricey. The room rates is a bargain, that’s inclusive of a sumptous buffet breakfast. The rooms are big, comfy bed, good water pressure with heater and the aircondition is very good. The pool is relaxing and clean, we always take a dip there after our beach sorties. The staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You can’t go wrong in checking into Grand Boracay. We’ll be back for sure, again and again :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Tides Hotel in Boracay, as everything was easily accessible, and the staff were polite and friendly. I appreciate the promptness and courtesy of the Front Desk staff during our early morning checkout on March 5. They accommodated us in the transport service to the port, he obtained our tickets expeditiously, and accompanied us to Caticlan. Unfortunately, I did not get the guest service agent’s name who assisted us, but he did an excellent job. We hope to return one day, and we loved our room at number 206, the wifi connection was good, enjoyed our welcome drinks and the complimentary cocktails at the roof deck bar.

The room we got was room for 2 and all the essentials were provided. There was a free breakfast included which is a plus. It:s just sad that we didn't have the time to explore the island as much because there was a low pressure area that time so mostly we stayed at the hotel. That time, the wifi wasn't working and TV channel only shows Chinese channels and no local channel. I don't know, maybe it's because of the weather. But I would still recommend the place. It's located at D Mall and few minutes away from the beach.

In the middle of the island's residential area, it is not very easy to find, but not far from the beach. The hotel is small and compact, and the service staff is warm and welcoming. It’s just that some foreigners from the West are really inferior in quality. After drinking horse urine in the middle of the night, they yell at the neighbors in the corridor. Breakfast is a single point for a meal, and the taste is acceptable. The hardware facilities are OK, the room is not big but the hygiene is clean and diligent, and the items are changed every day for three days.

Pros: The hotel is located near the beach, 5 minutes leisurely road. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Bed linen and towels are strange but stained. The room has a TV and air conditioning, but it is noisy. There was also soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste and toilet paper. Minuses: There is a building under the windows where garbage is dumped. Until the night, workers sorted out this garbage with the sounds of squeezing metal cans, songs and screams. And then at night we listened to cat fights in the same garbage dump. There is also a construction site nearby with all the ensuing consequences. I couldn't get enough sleep. The shower in the room was broken, the shower head fell off, the hose was used separately and the toilet lid was broken. The shower seems to have been cleaned, but there are some stains on the floor and walls. Unpleasant. Mixed feelings And the main question is, what about breakfast???? The reservation states that breakfast is included, but no one at the hotel knows anything about it. At the reception the girl waves her hands and says no breakfast.

Everyone is very respectful, accommodating, and approachable. My family is pampered. Sometimes you don't have to ask. They can anticipate what you need. The room is very clean. I was amazed with their scented rest room. They have something like infuser that keeps their rest room scented. I hope they would continue doing that. The front desk people are really nice. The guy who checked us in even look for us, since we don't have phone to communicate with him,to inform us that our room is ready. I forgot his name, but we checked in Dec 19. Another lady who assisted me was Sheena. Everytime we call, they respond immediately even late at night and early as 2am. The food is great! They have a variety of choices everyday with their buffet. All resto staff are nice! I just remembered 2 names of staff, Rene Sullaga and Benedict. But EVERYONE is really nice. My kids are amazed with the customer service here. The cost is worth!!! We would love to go back here in Astoria.🥰

Cheap rate for a family of 5. Place is in good location in the middle of beach and the downtown. Staff are approachable. Room is nice, suggestion to have another water dispenser in every floor, WIFI connection medyo mahina and sana you have space for sampayan ng mga basa damit and also to have a direct contact number on the front desk. Had a wonderful and awesome stay at Boracay Havens suite with several family members for vacation and to attend a wedding celebration. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Breakfast buffet included with variety of food. The white sand beach is a short walk. The gorgeous sunset is a must see. The D malls are walking distance. There are numerous restaurants along the beach. Several side trips are available on boats to see surrounding islands, snorkel, dive, and parasailing. We had booked through BiA watersports activity who had friendly, helpful staff. I miss this place and would love to return someday.

We have been staying here for 17 years and we always come back for the quality service and comfortable and homely reception and room. We have seen some changes but the welcome always remains the same. The rooms are well priced and the location is Amazing for the beach or a quick walk to D’Mall or The main road to catch a trike. New restaurant is nice and has a little twist on some of the old menu. Always feel safe here and have never had any issues in all the time we have stayed here. Check in and out are very easy and rooms are always spotless. Love the new changes to the place and hope to be back very soon.

I love how the location is strategically located in the heart of Boracay. The hotel is just a few meters away from pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and groceries. The front desk was also helpful and gave excellent recommendations and where to go while in Boracay.
