I can’t remember if I wrote a review back then or not, I did tell Delta airlines and since they’re just a go between they couldn’t take them off of their list. Anyway what a dump! I got there the lock didn’t work, desk clerk had to work it. He said it’s broken. When I got in the room it reeked of stale smoke. He said they just can’t get it out. I didn’t trust anything around there. I locked the door and put a chair in front of it. The gigantic peep hole I taped up with a band aid, the curtains were sheer and drapes couldn’t be closed because they were just for decor (ha). I then took the two hangers with clips and secured them that way.there was no blow dryer(thank goodness I had one with me) but an iron was important as it was there. I turned the water on in the sink and was bombarded by flies (creepy). I took a shower as quick as I could. The towels reeked of smoke (yuk). It was dirty, dead bugs every where including the mattress. I almost went to the car to sleep but instead I stayed up all night until it was time to leave at three in the morning. I didn’t trust anything in there. I looked for cameras wasn’t able to locate any, which doesn’t mean a thing for all I knew they were there somewhere. I’m relieved they’ve finally been closed down. What a disgrace to take money from guests under those conditions.

Yes, unbelievable . . . Don’t be fooled by the Airport Inn web site photo gallery. I posted a few photos so you can see for yourself. The desk clerk phoned housekeeping to see if my room was ready. I was told that I would find the door to my room slightly ajar because it had just been cleaned (??). I entered the heavily worn room and saw that there were two queen beds. My reservation was for a room with one king but I didn’t have time to address this because I was having dinner with friends who had arrived to pick me up. When I returned, the electric lock would not function with my key card so I walked to the front desk. The clerk told me that because of cold weather there had been problems with some of the lock mechanisms and she called the maintenance person. I met him at the room door and he told me that there had been a lightning strike that had affected some of the door locks . . . (oh, really?) This was a second floor room (#215), that had a sliding glass window facing the walkway which he immediately proceeded to easily remove and then he reached in to open the door as though he had done this a hundred times. Inside the door we saw that the lock mechanism batteries were hanging from wires. He made no attempt to correct this so I asked him how I would be able to come and go. He asked if I was staying another night and when I said no, he said “I don’t blame you, this place is a mess” (no kidding!). I soon discovered that the TV remote control didn’t work so the clerk brought up new batteries. When I told her that the room situation was unacceptable, she was apologetic and went into a sad story about how difficult it had been for the staff to function with the owner away for several months leaving them with no resources, support or paychecks. In other words, she was the victim. She told me several times that she would refund $20 from my credit card payment which did not happen. The toilet ran constantly, there were glue splotches and marks all over the bathroom door and holes in the wall above the bathroom light switch. The curtains had stain blotches all over them and there were spots of missing paint on the walls. One bath towel had a large hole in it. The coffee machine was there with no vessel or coffee. I was afraid to look closer. The bedding did look clean so I tried to sleep. After about an hour the TV came on all by itself! I got up and unplugged it. I thought, this kind of stuff only happens in movies. I’ve traveled in what we used to call “Third World” countries and it was better than this. STAY AWAY!!! You can find a much better hotel and still get a reasonable room rate.

Spent 5 nights and must say that the hotel was very run down and short on help. Didn't have enough soap. Last 2 days no milk for cereal and couldn't find anyone to help us. I must say when you could fine the help they were always very nice. At 1:15am we were in bed and someone was able to open our door but we had the safety on and I yelled so the closed the door and left.

We would give this hotel 0 stars if we could. It was quite literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. First of all, THIS IS NOT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL. When we booked, on a third-party website, it was labeled as such, but when we checked in, we found out they “haven’t been affiliated with Best Western in years.” This is incredibly misleading and false advertising, and we are considering reporting them both to Best Western and the Better Business Bureau. The photos we were able to see online do not look like the hotel. They are probably very old photos and if you’d like to imagine what the hotel really looks like, look at those photos and imagine the place many years later after poor maintenance and less-than-trustworthy cleaning. The paint was peeling off the walls in some places, there were flies and other bugs all over the ceiling, drain plugs were missing, sheets and towels were stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids, etc. We were afraid to touch anything. When we checked in, we were greeted by a lobby in slight disrepair. The couches were also stained, the breakfast nook didn’t seem especially clean (this was around 3 pm when it should have been fully cleaned up from that morning), and the area behind the counter was very cluttered. The service was not very friendly, and it seemed like we were just bothering whoever was behind the counter. When we got to our room, we found the aforementioned stains, peeling paint, bugs, and a lack of any soap of any kind. There were several packets of makeup wipes and a couple mini tubes of lotion, but no shampoo, hand soap, or bar soap to be found. Now, when we booked, the listing said that breakfast was included. On that first morning, we went down around *6:30*, expecting the usual spread of eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, and maybe waffles or other things. However, we found the following: bacon, a couple of dry waffles (no syrup or butter provided), two types of cereal and skim milk (labeled as whole milk). Seriously. That was it. It looked like there had been eggs, and maybe toast at some point (who knows how long ago considering the poor cleanliness). There was also a little fridge that was probably for yogurt and the like, but it was empty. The room was totally deserted, no other guests or any employees seemed to even be nearby. Needless to say, we got Chick-fil-A instead. Since we were in town just for a wedding, we were out all day on our only full day in Idaho. However, after our “breakfast,” we decided to read some other reviews (we thought we had done enough research beforehand but apparently, we missed all the actual reviews). We found reviews telling tales of break-ins, sex offenders, and other shady dealings, and decided we should pack up our things and take them with us, just in case something of this sort were to happen. The only things we left in the room were my still-hot curling iron, a razor, and some face wash. We returned to the hotel very late at night (arou

Booked on a 3rd party site for the same price I see here. I paid in advance two months before our stay. When I arrived I was told I had to pay an additional $40+ because they had changed their prices. I told the woman I had already paid and was never given any notice of further charges, but was basically told "too bad." So, either I pay more money (for a room that was not even worth the initial $118 or I had to find somewhere else to stay and lose the initial payment for canceling after the refund period. This should be illegal! I booked, paid, and received confirmation of our agreement two months in advance, but when I showed up they demanded more money knowing I had no other options.

We arkivesker at 6PM and there was no one at the reception. I waited and after 10 min went for a search. I found a girl who was not on duty by the pool, and she helped us with room keys. The room was spacious and looked quite OK - but: - there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom floods if you take a shower - the coffee maker missed a part so we could not make coffee - there were no soap just shampoo/conditioner - and there was crums in the micro On the plus side the AC worked well (Even though it was very noisy), the fridge was cold and clean. The pool area was nice as well, even though it didn’t seemed to be cleaned every day as it was quite a few leaves and such in the water. The breakfast area was very small. The coffee was good and had a great selection where as food there was nothing to eat except quarters of muffins (that is they had sliced ordinary muffins in four). It’s a shame because the facilities could really be totally OK but it seemed very badly organised. The reason for not being at the reception when we arrived was blamed on shortage of staff. But you can’t run a motel if you are not there when the guests arrive.

We stayed here for one night and it was fine. The location is extremely close to the airport, major interstate and food which was just what we needed. The room was a bit dated, smelled like smoke and not too clean. We had hair all over the shower, carpet and bedsheets had stains and paint was coming off the walls. The beds, however, were extremely comfortable and exactly what we needed for a good nights rest! The staff were very friendly and happy to chat and offer suggestions for things around Boise. I wouldn’t stay here for a long stay but one night was fine.
