Comfortable.. by Aston, you know.. the walls are thick.. it's not noisy like other hotels where the sound of people talking just doesn't matter.. wkwkw.cm there's no facial tissue...the toilet tissue is just provided close to the mall.. to alfamart .. it's worth the price lmyn.. never dbwh 400. We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

The best 4-star hotel in Bogor, with a very strategic location in the middle of the city and in the middle of the famous culinary center in Bogor The rate is still friendly in the pocket, but when compared to the service provided by this hotel, it is quite satisfying, the staff is quite professional, maintains health protocols and is of course friendly It's just that I'm a bit uncomfortable with the lobby which looks narrow with a table that looks stiff, like a restaurant cashier, but that doesn't reduce its value.... the decoration is very maximal I was impressed because it turned out that Oplet coffee was provided in the room, typical Bogor coffee that was not found elsewhere, unfortunately local wisdom was not optimal in the absence of a menu for laksa or sotomie bogor The service was very excelent, coincidentally my family and I stayed while celebrating my birthday, unexpectedly we got a surprise from the management 101 they came to our table at breakfast with a birthday cake and a lot of singing songs .... wow really impressed Overall a highly recommended hotel for families while on vacation in Bogor..... Complete amenities when asked for an additional slipper are also fast response, but when ordering food from the room tends to take a long time, I understand maybe the process does take time. The atmosphere of the lobby and the rooms are all comfortable, but if you happen to be in the room, you can find a room at the end near the road, so sometimes you can hear the sound of a speeding motorbike. Uniquely, in the early hours of the morning the bathroom light suddenly didn't stop flashing then I turned it off and in the morning the light couldn't turn on anymore. Hmm maybe the lamp is broken. Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back. There is also calcium in the shower head and the room is simply old, not well cleaned and maintained. When the housewife makes the beds again, we will find together a big spot on the bed, around. Is that really? The housekeepers are nice and fast coming 2. After I checked it all, I called the RECEPTION and explained everything. Did you say ”so do you want to make the bed again? Do we come?” you ask me? Well! What should I do? Should I sleep on the dirty bed? What a 4-star hotel does that ask? So man must know what to do. We paid breakfast and when we were there, we still have to wait because everything is full, and we have waited full hunger in the lobby but no problem, no drinks or so while we wait. When we get a table, the servant gave us a dirty counter, the servant was fully unfriendly, I said please clean he wasn't wiped but once without seeing and away again. OMG I have to clean everything with my hand, but a servant comes to clean (which may have seen me that I try to clean with my hand). The food was not optional, main thing you can eat.

Stay for 5 nights for work, although I did came with my wife and my son. To be honest, I had a doubt at the beginning when I came to this hotel, particularly due to very limited parking spot and it entrance that became one with the entrance to Botany Square Mall. But then, my doubt was baseless as the security quickly showed me reserved parking spot for hotel visitors. The hotel itself was nothing special and rather small. The lobby was small and can be cramped when there are many people doing check-in or check-out at the same time, but the check-in and check-out process were smooth and without any problem. Now, about the room, it was large enough, clean, and neat, without any noticeable weird smell or stains. Although I have to admit the lighting in the room is dim and not really comfortable for working inside the room. For my room, the bathroom is rather small and there was no bathtub, but that was not a problem at all. Next, the food for breakfast. Although it is considered as budget hotel, the food selection is rather generous and delicious. I particularly drawn to the 'analog rice' which made from corn, instead of grain of rice. As a note, my son love the chicken porridge served during the breakfast. Now, one thing that makes this hotel rather special in my opinion is the location. It is located inside the area of Botany Square Mall, so it is very convenient when one need to buy lunch/dinner or do shopping. Aside from that, this hotel also directly connected to the bus terminal, which provide public transportation in and out from Bogor. The airport bus was also stationed at that terminal, so it is convenient for people than need a quick transport to their flight home. Additionally, the hotel (and mall) was located at the entrance/exit of the toll road to Jakarta, so those who travels with car could very easily reach this place and quickly make their exit towards Jakarta. HOWEVER, the traffic could get really really bad during rush hour and weekend, so keep in mind of the traffic when travel to or from this hotel. In conclusion, this is a hotel worth to stay for business purpose or to other purpose than leisure, as this hotel lack many leisure facilities like swimming pool, fitness center, or spa (is there any? I can't remember). That being said, the strategic location and its direct connection to a large mall is really an advantage for some people.
