It was really amazing two days stay in this centrally located hotel trendy and good buffet all inclusive property lovely swimming pool the reception man Akin was very helpful and cooperative he extend our stay for two hours for free I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here with my friends and we had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the pool area was relaxing, we were chilling there all day. I would recommend it specially that it is so close to the shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a few minutes walk. It is really a great location in the centre on gümbet, you will not get bored ;)

Otelin çözmesi gereken sorunları müşterinin çözmesini bekliyorlar sanki biz otelin müşterisi değilmişiz gibi davranıyorlar. Otele girdigimiz andan itibaren o huzursuz ortam tatil bitinceye kadar devam etti. Paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz oda temizliği asla yok çarşaflar değiştirilmiyor odaya ilk girdiğimiz gün temizlenmemisti yerde kıllarla karşılaştık oda bize temizlemeden verildi kliması çalışmıyor televizyonun kumandası yoktu bu kadar basit problemleri çözmek bile saatler sürdü. Yemeklere gelirsek hergün aynı yemekler öğlen akşam hindi ve tavuk dışında başka seçeneğiniz yok. Otelin tek artı yanı otele sonradan gelen. müşteri ilişkilerinden sorumlu ÇİĞDEM hanım elinden geldiği kadar problemleri çözmeye çalışsa da otelin problemleri ve çalışanları o kadar problemliydiki ÇİĞDEM hanım bile yetersiz kaldı. Ve bunlar sadece bizim görebildiğimiz problemlerdi inanın oteldeki bütün misafirler huzursuzdu bu huzursuzluktan dolayı herkes agresif ve sinirliydi birkaç günlüğüne gelip stres atacagımız yerde daha çok streslenip öyle ayrıldık otelden üzerine para verseler artık o otelde tatil yapmam kimseyede tavsiye etmiyorum paranıza yazık çünkü müşterilerine saygısız bir otel düşündükçe sinirlerim bozuluyor.

Igrenc bir hotel, yemekler, odalar, yataklar geceden kalma. Hotel demeye 1000 şahit lazim. Genel evi desek daha dogru olur. Gece sarhos erkeklerin kiz avına çiktigi bir yer. Bunu fark ettigimiz anda hotelden cikis yaptik ama daha paramizi iade etmediler. Müdür diye orda oturan Taner Güldüren sakin güvenmeyin!!! boş boş sözlerle insanlari kandiriyor. Paranizi almadan ordan ayrilmayin 1 yildir paramizi iade etmediler. Kisacasi paraniza yazik.

Не возвращают деньги!!! Мы бронировали данный отель с 14.08 по 21.08 через систему букинг , с бесплатной отменой бронирования Как только бронирование подтвердили, списали деньги, уверив нас, в случае отмены в назначенные сроки, деньги вернут. Нам пришлось отменить бронирование, из за срыва поездки! За 14дн до приезда(т.е бесплатная отмена) Сегодня, 2.09.2021 , отель до сих пор не вернул деньги! Не отвечают на официальные письма! Букинг заблокировал отель и ведёт работу по возврату средств! Не вздумайте бронировать данный отель!!!!
