We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. This is one of my best stays ever, and I’ve been to a lot. Everything was perfect. The apartment, the calmness of the place, the pool and the flowers ❤️ The hostess was the nicest person I’ve met in all of the hotels I’ve been to. She is very welcoming, always smiling and willing to help. She gave us the peace we wanted in our stay. I’ll sure recommend this place to my friends and family and I’m sure I’ll come back again if I come to Bodrum in the future.

The staff really work hard to keep the place up to the standards. Special thanks for Baris who responded to all my queries and also to Sugar and George for taking care of all their clients. They were helpful with everything I needed. All the staff deserve a big thank you and a special applause. without the staff, the place could not be the same! The room is really clean and you cannot get a better location! It is near to all the main landmarks in Bodrum. The food is fresh and tasty. The beach area is comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The water is clean for nice refreshing swims. The drinks they serve are fresh and tasty. Thank you again for the beautiful holiday, and definitely I would love to be back soon.. very soon. Perhaps the rates could be a little more competitive. I would like to mention that the place does not have an elevator. it might be be a bit of a problem for some, though the stairs are comfortable and not steep at all. The staff were helpful with the luggage during the check in and the check out. Thank you again, you made my trip to Bodrum interesting, relaxing and I left with nice and warm feelings hoping to be back soon.

So happy that I found this place! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything but not too close, i.e. the street is not as crowded as the ones in center. Room spotless clean with space for yoga mat :) and I love the balcony! Would stay again!

We stayed here for 9 nights to discover bodrum and the surrounding areas. The hotel is located a very short walk to the beach, as well as the shopping and entertainment area of bodrum. The rooms are clean and the owners are lovely. The owners are more than happy to help you with ideas of where to go, what you need to try and how to get places. If you are looking to stay in bodrum city centre, I would recommend this place for its proximity to the entertainment but just distant enough that you wont be kept up by it at night. Covid friendly as all staff wore masks and there was hand sanitisers everywhere.
