The location is actually not too remote. It's convenient to take a taxi to the airport, go to a hotel, or see the Statue of Liberty Island.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the happy hour appetizers and refreshments provided to elite members. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The air was fresh in the hallway and lobby. The gym, pool and lounge area was excellent. I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but what changed my rating was our room smelled horribly of mold. As a family with severe sensitivities to this we were very disappointed with this issue. Other than this, the property was great and we highly reccomend as long as the mold issue is resolved. We were on 4th floor.

Barry at the reception was excellent, very attentive and helpful. Bonvoy Club was very good as well as the Drift restaurant.

Everything was amazing but the only thing is that the sheets were dirty when we arrived. So, I had to ask them to change it and they took forever to do it. We had to ask someone else to change it for us and the nice gentleman was more than happy to help us out.

This hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. We did have an issue in that we asked that the room be cleaned everyday but, on the first day, we asked three times and it was not done. There was one other day in which they skipped our room as well. The staff was very nice but there was a disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. In addition, when the average was 95 degrees, the pool was not opened the first day until late afternoon. Was told there were chemicals just put in. That could have been done at night so the pool would have been usable in the morning. Otherwise, very nice accommodations!

Comfortable rooms and beds. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Buffet breakfast food could have been warmer. It was odd not having Orange / other fruit juices available and you need to request them. The breakfast had absolutely no vegetable choices, however it was reluctantly provided upon request.

We would absolutely stay there again! It was the best night’s sleep! Incredibly comfortable beds. The staff was kind and attentive.
