This hotel is a bit older but kept up well. It's convenient to the freeway, just about a block off the I 10. While older, it's been maintained well and all of the advertised conveniences worked. The pool and spa were clean, warm, and really very nice. The rooms are set up well. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was larger than we expected and bed was comfy. The restroom floor, and counters were not clean so I wiped everything down.
The staff member working the night shift was not very friendly and we didn’t feel welcomed at all.
Breakfast buffet was good and the staff member working was very friendly and greeted everyone with a “good morning “ and a smile. Maintenance was very nice as he wiped up a spill.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and very very spacious. We really like our stay. Beds are very very comfortable. It was way better than our stay at a Hyatt in Phoenix. The breakfast is OK. I wish they had more cereal options for kids but that is not really an issue. The only concerned I had was the door, it seemed that it was being repaired and only a peace of plywood was used at the moment. Not sure how secure that made me feel. It seemed that the door was open 24/7 and in case of an emergency was not able to lock.

This is a nice clean, secure facility. The staff were nice. The area around I’s dirt. Have to drive to get food. The hotel is all in its own. Maybe this is good as you are not getting people wandering around it. Enjoyed my stay.

No luggage trolleys were available for 3 hours and then not when I was ready to leave. I had a lot to take down and was told they're in the room somewhere and was not offered help even though I expressed I was disabled I had to take down heavy items individually without any assistance or any effort by the hotel staff to help or find a trolley
