Our booking was made in at least 10 days prior to stay through our organisations booking system however when we arrived, she initially accused us for being at the wrong place (until I produced the documents). She then said she was unable to accommodate the booking accommodation for 2x one bedroom units for a colleague and myself saying we were to use the 2 bedroom unit. We tried to dispute this as we did not feel adequately comfortable as different sex colleagues and rudely told we could look elsewhere at the last minute. She said the accommodation was full despite the vacancy sign showing. Late in evening and again the next morning at 5am we identified that at least 4 rooms were vacant. We were taken aback by the rudeness and the lack of commitment to correct her own mistake despite the paid booking. I will be feeding back to our large national health care organisation to never use this facility. On a positive, the motel was clean.
