Good location, clean space and a nice sit down breakfast included with our rate. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets, nicer than our home sheets. Nice to have a common litchen space and easy parking.

I will be returning. The location couldn't be better. A simple walk to my daughter's dorm and campus activities. The host was so accommodating.

This is NOT a real hotel business. Owner simply rents rooms in two old houses close to VT campus. There is NO privacy. There is NO real business. Owner very aggressive and impolite told me he doesn’t care about bad reviews or complaints. I guess he is right.

My partner and I stayed at Clay Corner Inn due to the closeness to downtown and campus, as we were visiting my younger brother. It was a great stay, very clean, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was amazing!

Clay Corner was a delightful experience. It is just barely off campus, and close to the vibrant Blacksburg Main street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Dropping off child at college. Easy with great communication from owners. Well located. Breakfast was lovely and delicious with gracious, sweet cook. Pricey but will definitely stay again.
