The bed sheets were stained. The cleaning staff made too much noise in the morning, and several people from the neighboring rooms complained. The price is affordable, which is very cheap in Bilbao.

The Ilunion Bilbao hotel has very spacious rooms. During my stay we had a room with a very large bed and a window with views of the city (Taking into account that we were on the 10th floor.

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.
