I did not like that the room had a kitchenette and did not have utensils to cook or eat with. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them.

Basic long term stay facility.
Not very clean. The elevator smelled like pickles.
There are many that use the premises as their primary residence.
Although the reps at the front desk were friendly, do not expect any service besides the complementary coffee in the morning. Plates, glasses, utensils, etc should be available upon request. Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts, I was unable to have requested items provided.
If you have a pet, there is a daily charge. Some properties charge a flat fee.
The property needs upgrading.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell don't get me wrong early in the morning it smelled good and clean but by the end of the evening it smelled like cigarettes very badly

The room smelled of cigarette smoke as it came through the broken outlet (with exposed wiring by the way....total safety issue. The toilet did not flush, and was told that there is no maintenance staff on the weekend so they would bring me the toilet plunger. I will be contacting the property to get a refund. The safety issue alone is enough to warrant a refund.

Toilet wouldn’t flush, and leaked all over bathroom floor. Night clerk told me to come get plunger downstairs. Room was filthy. Had to go buy shower cleaner to take a shower. I hate to leave bad reviews, but for almost $200 a night, this place was unacceptable. We did ask for a different room, but it really was not much better. Dirty stained pillows.

Property in an industrial looking area. Not very appealing. .

Carpet was damp and almost sticky(possibly from earlier cleaning).
There was hair entwined in the sheets, otherwise they seemed clean.
Towels were dirty upon arrival and when we called the front desk asking for clean towels we were told we would have to come to the front desk and exchange them one for one.
The kitchenette was absolutely empty, only two plastic cups, and based on the towel situation we did not bother to ask if anything could be provided.
Would not recommend to anyone nor would I stay here again. For the price alone it definitely wasn't worth it.
