The service is very good and no problem, but the hotel is old, the rooms are small, the facilities are old, and the air conditioner blows directly to my head, but the price is cheap anyway~

Large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with home made jams, eggs and sweet and savoury choices. Altogether a very nice stay although only for one night.

It is a 5 star hotel. It did not have several things. The price was very good. It lacked staff due to being there in November, low season. Not a hotel I would recommend. It was more like a 3 star hotel.

Tacky hotel. Very nice building in isolation, but it is a horrible eyesore in the beautiful town of berat. It claims to have a fitness room, this is wrong. Just a few machines salvaged from the dump in a corner, dangerous to use. Spa is also useless, clearly designed by someone who has never been to a spa. Sauna missing benches (am I supposed to stand in the sauna?), steam room never stops pumping steam so you cannot breathe, smell of sewage in the spa.
The hotel room itself is brand new and of excellent size and standard. In fact, my room was huge, biggest I have ever seen.
In total, ok to stay at but forget about gym and spa. Suggest you find a better hotel closer to old town.
