Great stay, easy check in, rooms cleaned daily even though we were a mess 🤣 We stayed in Bendigo to watch our son at the National Youth Volleyball championships so we were in and out all week. Barclay on View was ideal as we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. along with the beautiful parks and gardens of Bendigo. And it was just a short drive to the Red Energy Arena. Thankyou!!!

I stay two nights in total at the Mercure Bendigo Schaller during Grand Prix Weekend. This was my first time travelling to Bendigo. I was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service and the very friendly staff here at the hotel. Location of hotel was good with central access to everything in town. Rooms are quite small and bathroom is almost like a dorm but I must say it was very clean. It would be great if there was a streaming service or casting available with the TV. My Bed was a little uncomfortable but I still managed to sleep in. There is very limited car spaces availble on site but parking is availble next door to hospital and is only $8 a day. Overall I was quite satisfied with everything and enjoyed my time here in Bendigo. I will most likely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Last stay here I was up the back row of rooms parallel with the train track and didn't enjoy it. This time they put me in the main building on the second floor, so the room was far newer and no train noises to worry about. Only thing I didn't like was the door between two rooms, as next door it sounded like several young people were having a get together/small party, as very noisy! Otherwise the room was very spacious, clean and fine as was. Plenty of parking around, looked like enough for every room, which was better than some other accommodations I have stayed at in Bendigo. Restaurant was closed at the time due to covid, so not even room service available, but some local takeaways still delivered instead. There was no breakfast available at the time, either, due to covid. I would consider staying here again, but not in a room near the train track!!

I have stayed at the Central Deborah Motel twice in the last month and I can honestly say that it is one of the best motels I have ever visited. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. The motel is conveniently located near the city center and the Central Deborah Gold Mine, which is a must-see attraction. What impressed me the most was the huge attention to detail that the motel owners have put into making sure that every customer’s needs are met. From hugely friendly and personal staff to the free Wi-Fi ,toiletries and snacks in the room, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bendigo.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Oval Motel Bendigo. A beautifully renovated original sixties motel impeccably maintained by the lovely hosts. The rooms are well appointed and there is a wide range of drinks and snacks available directly to your room. The breakfast was very reasonably priced and delivered to the hatch in your room. Just like the golden days of motel accommodation I remember as a kid. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for one night and the bed was comfortable and the amenities clean and the service was great. We also enjoyed our stay there with a delicious meal from their restaurant. It was a wonderful way to complete our overnight stay with a great meal and the service was excellent here also. I enjoyed a beautiful Caesar Salad with chicken. They have a wide selection of choices for you to choose from as well as an excellent range of wines and non alcholic drinks. It is within easy walking distance of Bendigo City as it is just located on the outskirts of the inner CBD - so location and a great service and wonderful food makes it a great place to stay.

Recently stayed in a cabin with family. What a fantastic park! Our cabin was spacious and we were provided with everything you need to cook with. Full size fridge. Large bathroom. The park has wonderful activities for children our 4 year old had a fantastic time there was a put put course, indoor & outdoor play area. All the staff were very kind and helpful with anything you need Booking was super easy. The park has some beautiful looking cabins they have camping style cabins that looks awesome! Will have to try that cabin next time! All the guests we met were very kind and having a great time while staying at the park. Really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can visit again soon. The park is located back from the main road. There is a couple of restaurants and a pub in walking distance.

Absolutely fantastic service from extraordinary staff. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and all the dishes were scrumptious and beautifully presented. Wine tasting was intimate, good fun and provided great detail on the wines we were interested in. The cottage we stayed in was spotless ,comfortable, modern and well presented. Enjoyed the walking track around the winery and shobrt drive to Bendigo the next day to have a look around. We loved our little get away.

Great stay, easy check in, rooms cleaned daily even though we were a mess 🤣 We stayed in Bendigo to watch our son at the National Youth Volleyball championships so we were in and out all week. Barclay on View was ideal as we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. along with the beautiful parks and gardens of Bendigo. And it was just a short drive to the Red Energy Arena. A stand alone resort just outside of Bendigo town centre. It is essentially a big pub with a huge bistro, function rooms, conference rooms, a heated pool, sports bar and lots of accommodation. The suites were very clean and had everything you could need, a mini bar, toiletries, iron and plenty of space. The resort is a six minute drive from town, we also walked in about half an hour. An unexpectedly good stay and friendly efficient staff.

We stayed here for one night and the bed was comfortable and the amenities clean and the service was great. We also enjoyed our stay there with a delicious meal from their restaurant. It was a wonderful way to complete our overnight stay with a great meal and the service was excellent here also. I enjoyed a beautiful Caesar Salad with chicken. They have a wide selection of choices for you to choose from as well as an excellent range of wines and non alcholic drinks. It is within easy walking distance of Bendigo City as it is just located on the outskirts of the inner CBD - so location and a great service and wonderful food makes it a great place to stay.

I loved that this place had a code for the door rather than a key. The code is texted to you so you don’t have to worry about forgetting it (or losing a key!). The rooms were very spacious. Only deducting a star because when trying to find the motel at night it was difficult because the sign was not lit up and it is on a busy road making it difficult to slow down to find the motel. Also, places like this really do need to stop people smoking just outside their rooms. The smell wafts in to all the nearby rooms, even with doors and windows shut. It's not just the disgusting smell, people underestimate the dangers of passive smoking.
