The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helped arrange the rooms together since we were traveling as a family. The room is large, spacious and clean, and the environment outside the window is nice and quiet. Stayed for a few days and had a very good experience.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I realized that it was a mid-to-high-end brand hotel under the BTG Home Inn. The hotel from image design to interior decoration should be said to be beyond my understanding. I always thought it was a budget hotel. After I checked in, I found that it should be a business hotel, but to be honest, the first day I felt very bad. I told me that I booked a twin room. There are two rooms on the first floor. I found out that this room was very noisy at night. I heard it on three sides of my ears. It was the sound of engine vibration, especially at night. I think as a business high-end hotel, such a room should not be sold to guests. I really couldn't sleep at the front desk at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The front desk said that there was no room to help me change one the next day. The next day, the front desk was very serious and called me to say that I could change one. After changing the room, I had the sound of the engine. The next day I slept for a while. Breakfast should be quite rich, the room facilities are well-equipped, the bathroom is dry and wet, overall I think there is no problem, the service ecology is very good, it is better to dream in the details of the problem during the process of handling the problem and then think about the problem from the customer's perspective.

Staff don't have a warm or friendly service attitude in general, no smiles except for one female staff (quite tall, no glasses, maybe early 30s, slightly bigger build). Luckily the hotel is still new because housekeeping is not very good. Room was pretty dusty including thy air exhaust filter and even after I said so, it didn't get much better. For some strange reason, housekeeping kept leaving me with 3 new toothbrushes every other day! Quite strange since I never asked for any. Also, the in room cups were NEVER washed in the 6 days I stayed there and the hotel gave the reason that some hotel guests don't want things moved around. Sounds quite ridiculous since they provide coffee and tea in the room and yet don't wash the cups. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first time I've encountered this. The metro is also not that close by, and I ended up taking Didi or the bus most of the time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, right next to a subway entrance. With easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, I encountered some difficulties due to the lack of English-speaking staff. Communication was a bit challenging at times I noticed a slight problem with the housekeeping service. I stayed 4 nights, the coffee mugs in my room were not cleaned, and the coffee and tea supplies were not restocked. However, I would advise the management to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure that all amenities are properly replenished during housekeeping rounds. This would prevent similar oversights in the future and contribute to a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Overall, I found the hotel to be great value for money and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable stay.
