I’m a solo business traveler from Hong Kong. I booked this for its traditional building structure (四合院). My room got upgraded, and it was a very nice and spacious room. It has a tablet or Siri-like control for room amenities like for switching lights, air conditioning and alarm. The shower is hot and the shampoo etc provided smells good. Dyson hairdryer. Bath robes and slippers are provided. Bottled water is provided for free, there’s also red wine in the room that I didn’t consume but I suspect it’s also free. The toilet is Japanese style. The room is very clean except the coffee table has a corner that seems not probably wiped but I think it’s minor and probably just overlooked. The breakfast is a set (ie not buffet style), and the “congee” is very nice. But the thing that prompts me writing this review is the staff - I travel a lot and the staff here is among the best service/ most friendly/ helpful I have ever experienced. If you want to try staying in a traditional Beijing house/ Chinese style breakfast yet still want the modern amenities, this is for you. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing. Thank you very much to the team - I really had a great stay! (Btw around the corner of the street there’s a very nice fried nuts shop!)

My impression of the courtyard house has changed. The environment is quite good. The room is clean and smart (except for the TV, which is a bit difficult to handle, but that's not important). The most important thing is that the bathroom is clean and the smart toilet has separate dry and wet toilets. I think the boss is very capable. The customer's mind is not the usual big-bellied kettle. There is also a disposable bathtub cover beside the bathtub. The small bottle of water asked for is from Wahaha, and the breakfast delivered is very delicious and sweet. The strawberries are delicious and sweet. It would be better if there is sweet porridge. Hahaha, the yogurt is also good. Shaomai is also good I must mention that the staff member Xiao Zhang, who lives on the 8th and the 7th, added the WeChat address to confirm the check-in. The service level during the two days was just right and did not make people feel too much. I really need this kind of staff when talking. It's very gentle and focused. It's great to be able to solve problems. If you have any questions, please contact Xiao Zhang. Thank you for Xiao Zhang's full service. Thank you also for the lady who helped adjust the TV on the first night. The two-day stay was a good experience
Shanshui S Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Lize Business District)

I didn't take any photos, because the room is not big, and the lobby on the first floor is also a bit cramped. The elevator hall and elevators are also crowded, and the breakfast room is even more crowded... However, the hotel service is good: The room provides several sufficient beverages and mineral water for free use! The bathroom is equipped with a small washing machine, which is very brilliant! There are enough parking spaces in the ba*****t for free parking for hotel guests! The century-old brand ”Bianyifang” on the second floor of the hotel is also convenient enough for hotel guests to have a good meal…… highly recommended! ! !

This courtyard is very close to the attractions. The food subway and bus are very close. It is too convenient. The little sisters and brothers are very friendly. The breakfast is very rich. I like their sea 𥮾 Congee and Western-style bacon 🥓 Fried egg sausage. (The flag went to Tiananmen Square, went to the Forbidden City, went to the Temple of Heaven, went to the Prince Gong's Mansion, went to Shichahai, went to Tsinghua Peking University, went to the Badaling Great Wall, climbed the Beijing roast duck, ate the candy gourd, ate the donkey roll, tasted the belly, tasted the Beijing fried noodles, tasted the copper stove stew, tasted the meat) The itinerary is particularly rich! The point is not to follow the group, not to follow the group! This location can go anywhere by subway!

Transportation: It’s very convenient to call a taxi, very close to the subway and bus The breakfast in the restaurant is very clean and has a wide variety. I like the fresh soy milk the most There are free drinks in the refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer. My clothes were misplaced, and the handsome guy Yuanmu at the front desk took the trouble to adjust the monitoring. He patiently searched and finally found them! He always bothers him with all kinds of little things, but he is always enthusiastic, patient and loving. I am 100% grateful to Yuanmu and give him 10,000 points of thumbs up!

The location was excellent and within walking distance to MRT station. Hotel is a little older. However, the room was spotless and the service was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful. For some reasons, the DIDI app I downloaded for hailing taxis didn't work and front desk helped me hail taxis using their phone apps for all my trips and I paid the taxi driver. They also recommended a famous Hutong which was only like a 5-6 train stations away and was easy to get to as they told me how to get there using the subway instead of taxi to avoid rush hour traffic.
