入住當天電話不斷 都是問當天是否退房幾點入住 我既然沒在攜程退掉訂單就是要住的意思 等我明確告知入住時間 之後又打電話來問 問怎麼還沒到 一個下午打了三個電話詢問不知道是想讓人住還是不想讓人住 前台的大姐更是有意思 身份證刷不出訊息反覆試 客人在前台罰站一樣 好像沒有其他解決方案就剩下一個重複刷身份的過程 最終還是複述身份證號➕登記手機號 而且和這大姐説了我上週入住的時候也出現了這種情況 那時是另外一個前台的女孩 刷了兩次發現實在沒辦法刷成功 很乾脆的另外登記了 這回這大姐死擰不説 還説再刷不出來就得去派出所去開證明 大晚上10點 換你聽這話什麼感覺 進房間更驚喜啦 一開始以為是上任顧客抽煙留下的煙灰 細看還不如煙灰呢 頭皮屑 噁心不噁心啊 有時間打電話 有時間前台墨跡為難顧客刷身份證 沒時間搞衞生啊？

The sanitary conditions of the room I stayed in at the beginning were a bit poor (the bathroom smelled, the towels/bath towels were worn out), and the waiter helped to replace a small suite for the first time, which was good.
