Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯 A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊

Old Hotel, is a great name and brand, but the service that has been frozen 10 years ago. Ordered the room service for the dinner, and the quality of the food was so far from a normal standard. Jen hotel is a perfect example of affordable stars hotel. It has a very complete facilities that every 5 stars hotel must have. The location is the winning point which is right in the center of Beijing CBD. It is integrated with china world mall and guomao subway station. It also homes of the internet celebrity's gym, Trainyard. In-house guests can enjoy it for free. My room is a club room so that it comes with dinner package. I dont think i can find any other hotel in cbd beijing (in the same level) which have such a high price to value ratio. Their staffs are also its plus sides. They are energetic and attentive. Special thanks to cleaning service lady who clean up my room on friday and sunday night. I definitely will stay here again if i go to beijing.

Breakfast was okay. It was not buffet style. The staffs in hotel were nice at first. The hotel was clean. However there was no restaurant or mart to be opened nearby there during Chinese new years holidays. And my daughter lost s phone when we checked out nearby yhe hotel. I asked staffs to help us to find it but they were not active to help us to find it. We spent more than 2 hours to keep looking it and then they allowed to see CCTV later and we figured out that it was fell from her pocket and a guy took it at the corner of the hotel right after she fell it. The guy was at toilet of hotel for 20 minutes and left there while we kept looking a phone. He was not a hotel guest. It was disappointed about staff's attitude when it was happened. They didn't say sorry to us. not helping us to call to the police. There is a staff in front of main gate door but he was just standing there without working.

The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is close to the subway entrance and is very convenient to get in and out. The hotel service is also very good. I came to Beijing in the winter. Every time I came back to the hotel from the cold wind, the front desk would give us each A bottle of warm water. The weather in Beijing is very cold, but the hotel is very warm. The four of us had a very comfortable stay here and had a wonderful holiday. We just had our lunch at the Chinese restaurant, the servers there were very new, most of them were trainee. We understand there is a learning process to train a new staff. However some very basic job knowledge and attitude are fundamental. There are lots of room to improve. Foodwise is acceptable. Rooms and furniture are quite old and outdated. Hotel location is excellent, right in the middle of the CBD in Beijing and close to MTR station.

Really nice place The best part about it is how it is adjacent to two important metro lines, whether you want to go to Tiananmen or Universal or head off to the great wall. You are also located near a lot of good restaraunts, shopping, and parks. Annie's Italian restaurant is of very high quality and close by, for example. The hotel itself was very modern, clean, and suitable for our needs. The room was spacious and clean and well-equipped. The laundry room was very convenient - free washing soap and the machine has bilingual instructions if you don't speak Chinese. The fitness room was fairly well equipped and well-kept with towels and cleanliness. Highly recommend a stay here

The room was very good, no difference from the picture. When I first arrived, there was a small episode. The address of Ctrip was wrong, which caused us to run the wrong place. Later, the hotel asked us to take a taxi to reimburse the fare, which was still possible. We have a group of 7 people, and we live in this 188-square-meter. Very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, you can see the landmark building ”big pants” through the window hahahahaha. The room is equipped with a mahjong machine, the kitchen seasonings are all available, and there are pots and pans. But I didn't find it later when I saw that there was a coffee machine in the room. The door lock of the master bedroom of the room was bad. The non-slip mat in the bathroom was more dangerous. The cleaning was every day. If these could be improved, it would be better. On the last day, the check-out was discussed at 2 o'clock and the check-out was passed. The service was very good. Going to Beijing will definitely be here. Overall praise!

The Kerry Hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Everything is indoors so we didn’t have to brave the cold weather very often. The rooms are a nice size and clean. For adults, the swimming pool and gym facilities are top notch, however my kids enjoyed the kids pool at Grand Millennium better. The staff speak English very well and we’re helpful. They provided activities for the kids and there was also an kids entertainer in the morning.

Chose this hotel mainly for location. Great and inexpensive food options literally at your doorsteps. Alot shops open at 6am till late. Exit D from guomao metro line 1 with 6 mins walk. Line 1 is best to all the main tourist spots. Easy access to train to airport. Room is small and not well maintained but acceptable. No TV. Reception just help u checked in. Nothing else. Good value for stay if just need room to sleep

Our group of 4 large and 3 small are very satisfied.
