酒店的裝修屬於竹木風格，很簡約方便，早餐很豐富，還有特色燜麪很美味，酒店周邊的景點很多，而且距離都很近，交通也很方便，出門就有公交車，並且還有免費的超大停車場，酒店的服務人員都很熱情，房間還很乾凈，設施設備也很齊全方便，洗衣房，自助入住，都很快捷，推薦入住

對於我們這種出差的，每天都在路上，要麼就是酒店，酒店已經是家了，這家酒店讓我驚喜的是他們的服務，前台辦理入住時，小姑娘就會告訴我，房價多少錢，早餐在哪，房間的朝向，及洗衣房的位置，他們店還有一對一的服務，辦入住的時候小孩就會加我的微信，有什麼需要直接可以在微信裏説，他們下班前也會問我，還有沒有什麼需要，是否滿意，退房的時候也會回訪我的入住感受，讓我感覺我有個全天的管家，隨叫隨到，給星程點贊。酒店的衞生也很乾凈，周邊吃飯叫車都很方便。下次出差一定還來住。

酒店環境非常不適合家庭親子出遊，即便在商務酒店裡也算條件差的。
一、位置偏僻，周圍沒什麼可逛的。背後的小區入住率很低，酒店門前的停車場有無法計數的嘔吐物，每次停車都能遇到一攤新的……
二、衞生糟糕，入住當天晚上發現牆面上有一堆疑似蜘蛛網的物體，第二天清掃後才消失。
三、衞生間下水很差，淋浴間的水總能大量滲漏到洗手池附近。
四、餐廳在酒店外，可能是外包給別人做的。種類少，連咖啡和茶都沒有；座位少，去的稍晚就沒座了；數量少，去的稍晚就沒吃的了。
五、攜程上顯示的豪華大床房是落地窗，為了這個才預訂的，到了發現不僅不是落地窗，僅是一個普通的小窗户，而且很多房間窗外有酒店標誌遮擋視線，非常影響視線和採光。
總之，家庭出遊極不推薦該酒店，影響心情和體驗。

客觀評價：房間不小，沒有異味，保潔大姐的服務態度非常好，給我們送桌子，很和善。開車來的可以領停車券。早餐衹有炒米飯和粥能吃，烤腸等了半天還是温的千萬別給孩子吃，花捲硬的咬不動，最關鍵的是酸奶是過期的！氣憤的無話可説！剩下的真的想給負分。入住等了半個多小時，告訴沒有訂房記錄，打電話給攜程客服才解決。豪華大床房衹有沙發椅，沒有桌子。隔音差是通病，兩個晚上都像睡大街。主觀感受：再也不會住星程了，大家看了要慎重。
