The location of the hotel is very good, the environment is very good, but the service can't be said. The staff who checked in on the first day were not only unprofessional in their work, but also handed out the wrong things, and their attitude was particularly bad. What's even more awesome is the staff at the door. He asked bossily, "This is the conference center. Is this a place where you can just come?" The central enterprises are indeed great and dominant, so why not open them up to the outside world? When it comes to external parties, do you need to train your employees first? The staff in the next two days were much better, it seemed they were still divided! This special project is also relatively classic. How about going to Changping to get tickets for a hotel in Huairou? I would like to commend Ctrip’s staff for their hard work.

The hotel environment is great. It feels like a natural oxygen bar. The facilities are complete and the service is very attentive. Because I forgot my clothes at the hotel, after calling, they prepared to send me a courier back. I really felt at home. It was great! I think it should be beautiful all year round. I’ll come back next time during my vacation.

房間衞生、整潔，環境好。

普普通通吧。設施不是太多，沒有寬溝會議中心那麼多樣性，那邊可以爬爬山呢。房間大小適中，比較新和乾淨。懷柔附近玩玩住這裏還蠻方便的。

非常滿意，房間很大，寬敞，酒店環境非常好，適合家人或者朋友一起前往，早餐的種類比較豐富，因為是五一出行，客人比較多，酒店早餐還特別延長了時間，考慮得很周到

正常標準間，衞生很好，重要的是外面環境，很舒適，適合慢生活。。

衞生：洗手池有遺留的頭髮 設施：洗澡間的水外流，盥洗室溢滿了水，無從下腳，呼叫服務人員來後，他們衹是説“對不起，我向領導反應” ，但解決不了問題，也不給更換房間。 服務：晚間入住通往客房區漫長的走廊漆黑一片（不開燈），有恐怖感！ 環境：基礎還行，但明顯疏於維護，有要廢棄的感覺。總體感覺什麼事情都沒人管，連個普通招待所都不如。領導班子應該辭職！
