Stayed our last 3 nights in the Beijing Four Seasons hotel(the first 4 nights in Regent)from 1-3-24 to 4-3-24, room no.1703.
The up is the room and the facility. The room is spacious, comfy and good view from the bathroom. Also, the pool and sauna are great with good service.
The down is the breakfast and the receptionist. The breakfast area is in the lobby instead of the restaurant, which is a lack of manpower as no one standing in the reception of the breakfast area in our first 2 days, also they didn't get your plate off promptly when you finished your meal, just last day we saw the staff in the gate of breakfast area for service, maybe someone "Big" came to stay! The taste and the choice of the food are just okay, I think worse than Beijing Regent.
Also, the receptionists always keep a bad face during check-in and check-out, no respect, I find it hard to believe I stayed in the Four Seasons hotel! To be honest, the service is far away from Hong Kong and Bangkok's Four Seasons hotel.
Overall, just average stayed, the service can be much better.

Wild place to stay. Good luck to everyone that stays at this hotel. I found so many issues to blow your mind. From lack of attention to detail to dirty rags holding the table up. You name it… it happened. Isadore "Issy" Sharp founder of Four Seasons needs come stay here.

Excellent service experience that is genuune! Thanks to the guest experience team and housekeeping team, particularly for the thoughtful turndown arrangements which surprises us and the kids.
