Apartment was very clean and nice. Owner lady was very helpful. She called for us a taxi several times as we don't have a Chinese number and an application that is used for taxi. Location is a bit far from city center, but near to Universal Studios. It would be nice if there was an microwave oven, or gas range and pot as we travel with our children. As there is no reception or anyone who can welcome you, you must have a Chinese number to contact the owner. I asked one Chinese man on the street to call the owner and got the room number and password.

The location of the apartment is easy to find, very close to the subway, and next to the business district with many food shops. The room is very clean. My children like the Harry Potter theme so they booked it here. Many elements in the room are amazing. There was a projection, so I watched Harry Potter again immersively~

The landlord is really enthusiastic and has been communicating with us patiently. He is also concerned about the Wi-Fi signal in the house. In fact, we are not ashamed to ask.
