離知春路地鐵站非常近，性價比超級高，整體乾淨舒服又整潔，唯一一點不好就是隔音效果不算太好，好在我睡覺的時候也沒人説話。總之這個價格這個質量我非常滿意。必須要為叔叔證明一下人真的挺好的就是有點愛嘮叨，之後會考慮再來。
以及必須提醒一下大家的是熱水器是那種需要洗前自己燒水的老式熱水器，圖片上旋轉左邊旋鈕到9點處應該是最大功率燒水，具體温度看右邊的温度條，半夜聽到樓道里有人在和老闆申訴好像是不會用這個哈哈哈。

房間裏圖是我開着枱燈拍的，實際上有很亮的大燈）説實話超出預期，雖然叫“招待所”實際上住的體驗比附近一些快捷酒店還好一些。位置挺好，附近很多吃的，唯一一段跟名字對上的就是上樓的樓道，稍微有點黑。但是：密碼鎖，木地板，新裝修&乾淨的衞浴（衞浴有外窗！！我真的很介意把廁所悶在屋子裡所以非常開心）沒有任何味道，房間裏甚至有衣櫃，而且床頭枱燈竟然有U**接口。今天衹是找個地方補覺，不知道具體洗澡和電視體驗怎麼樣，但是我超級滿意！另外，前台服務也挺好～

非常滿意，評論區裏那個惡意差評不能給刪了麼？招待所在一個小區裏面，按地址走還是很容易找到的，進單元門費點勁，得跟人進，坐電梯上4樓然後走樓梯下一層！房間很乾凈，不大，而且有小窗，沒異味，是個很樸素的小旅館，歇歇腳是沒問題的！

超級安全，密碼鎖；超級乾淨，水龍頭上都沒有水痕，被罩床單也很乾凈；樓下就有快餐連鎖店和711，非常方便；空間大，除了馬桶距離廁所外牆有點近，其他很完美；最好的地方是有一個小桌子和椅子，放東西，看書很方便；住了兩次了，待了10天左右真的很不錯；唯一缺點就是隔音效果沒有那麼好。

開始找入口有點不理解，後來發現這是高層住宅樓的下面幾層用於商業和其他用途。這個招待所在其中一棟樓的三樓。去附近高校方便，有公交和地鐵。去首體國圖有公交。房間設施都可，性價比高。

對南方孩子來説比較雷的是洗澡熱水後面直接不夠了，涼啊，還要等，主要是房間暖氣足，問題就不算太大，還是希望前台在接待南方旅客可以提醒一下，將熱水器温度先調高多燒水，不然洗一半温度降下來真的太難了
