This is my first time staying at Atour. I thought it was newly opened last year and thought the facilities would be good. However, the sheets and towels were damaged. The towels were not thick enough, stained and had white hair falling off. There were tea bags and tea bags in the room. After drinking the coffee on the first day, I didn’t replenish the toiletries. I don’t know why. I brought my own toothbrush and put it there. I even replenished the toothbrush and toothpaste, but the used cotton swabs were not replenished. There was no daily supply of the trash can in the room. Cleaning. In short, I have never seen such room service. I will not stay here next time.

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. The service attitude is not very enthusiastic. I can’t feel the Atour service. Maybe it’s because the staff at the Atour work area in Dalian are too enthusiastic. When I checked in at noon, they said they could give me fruit as a gift, but they pushed me. It will be delivered at nine o'clock next evening. The reason is that I forgot it. I am speechless... Who can eat it at this time? Housing hygiene: It’s called dirty. The lights on the wall are full of dust. There are all kinds of hair, water stains, and debris in the cotton swab and feather box in the bathroom. It’s disgusting. When changing shoes, put the shoes against the wall. When I lowered my head, I couldn't help but notice that there were all kinds of dirty debris and a thick layer of dust on the floor. Some places must not have been cleaned for a long time. The phone in the room was even more dirty, and I didn't dare to put it to my ear. Picture attached later. Let’s talk about the hair dryer. The noise is so loud that it’s deafening. After blowing my hair, my ears are buzzing. It’s really a bad experience at Atour, it’s really a downgrade.

I am a regular customer of Atour, but it is the first time I live in Atour in Beijing. Because the epidemic has just opened, the occupancy rate is not very high. I upgraded the room to a superior double bed for free. It is equipped with free laundry, dryer, gym, especially It is very practical to use a robot to automatically deliver food to the door of the room. like!

第一天到酒店很晚了，幾乎滿房，沒有雙床房 先住了大床房，第二天換房間是酒店安排幫我換的，搬行李，特別貼心。 離店的時候想要個暖貼 ，跟前台説腰不太舒服，居然特意拿了一個我沒見過專門綁腰的暖貼給我 ，超貼心。

因為來朝陽大悦城這邊辦事，找了這家酒店，感覺很不錯！設施都很新，房間很乾凈，服務也挺到位。距離長楹天街很近。 常營這邊我很多年以前來過，現在完全是舊貌換新顏，酒店附近都是很新的城市界面，出行也方便，吃東西選擇巨多。 總體感覺，來北京東邊出差，住這個很合適很舒服。
