房間舒適，交通便利，旁邊就是地鐵站，服務熱情周到，早餐豐富營養！就是建議水果再早點送就完美了！水果晚上七點之前送是不是更符合建康食用，衹是小小的一家之言！

第一次來住，聽説已經開了很久了，但是裝修設施什麼的還蠻新的
出租車開到門口的時候，門口的小妹非常熱情有禮貌的打招呼和幫忙拿行李，服務及時
房間也比較安靜，正好在電梯邊上，很方便上下樓
早餐品種還比較豐富，衹是不太合我口味，我就衹吃了煎蛋和香腸，水果特別甜，當早餐了
咖啡是咖啡粉沖泡的，比較甜，建議酒店可以增加個咖啡機提升酒店檔次
行李寄存的小夥子王浩，人帥親和，積極幫忙拿行李，服務很好
周邊離地鐵站很近，吃飯的地方也多，還有超市，非常方便，下次還是會入住

河南人來北京，建議還是住在這裏，每天早上都有胡辣湯，可以喝。工作人員大部分都是河南人。
房間裝修方面時間長了比較舊，估計部分房間已經開始裝修了，
交通特別方便，出門就是10號線潘家園站。

多次入住河南大廈.房間衞生蠻乾淨的.需要什麼東西打前台都會有小機器人幫忙送上來.很快速.住了好幾天了，每次回來門口的紅衣小姐姐都特別熱情打招呼。大堂的鮮花很漂亮.中途因為一些事情 需要提前離店，網上買的東西還沒送到，酒店大堂經理非常熱心幫忙接收物品.整體服務都很好，離地鐵口也近，出行很方便。羊肉燴麪，烙饃卷菜小菜很多裏面的 醬很香.
