到店升級了房間乾淨整潔，清掃及時，辦理入住很有效率，服務態度好，提前到店也沒有讓客人等待，馬上就安排了房間，距離北京大學第一醫院超級近，附近小吃也很多，位置絕佳，交通方便，住的一樓沒有很吵，整體不錯。

房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員服務熱情，積極解答並能夠盡心幫助客户解決有關問題；離北京大學第一醫院大約有300米左右步行路程，看病出行非常方便；酒店背後有小吃一條街，護國寺小吃花樣豐富，值得品嚐。

基本是離北大醫院門診部最近的一家酒店了，就醫很方便。房間不大，衞生間有點異味，其他的還好，衞生和服務就還是常見的的速8️⃣酒店的水準吧。有一點是他這個房間是必須12點準時退房的，後面12點到4點可以另外延時開鐘點房，基本四個小時是半天房費吧。

真是奇葩，12點房間準時斷電，必須出來退房，真是完全不站在客人角度出發，房間防盜鏈是斷的，很冷洗個澡凍的直打哆嗦，拖鞋質量差到不説匹不匹配800的房價了，真是典型的位置在醫院附近愛住不住的架勢，不過也確實，看病需要住，必須接受，還有寫感受的權力挺好，還是要真實反饋一下

首先酒店的位置導航那裡是北京銀行，不是酒店！非常難找，那晚又下着大雨，不得不打電話過去問具體位置，原來是在銀行後面的衚衕裏！房間小，空間窄，唯一的窗户還是望出去一堵牆那種，房間內設備倒是齊全！前台電話不好打，通常是撥0或1，這不是，打不通衹能去前台問，原來是8100，前台與房間之間需要通過露天的弄堂，又是下大雨，折騰！最重要的是房間訂給朋友，因北京天氣航班取消，房間也沒得退！空空的待了一晚，唉！
