The waiter who picked us up at the airport was quite helpful and sent us to the front door before leaving. The hotel waiters in the early hours of the morning were also very helpful, and I also give them thumbs up 👍. The breakfast at the hotel is also good. I ordered a portion of Chaos and drank yogurt, which made me feel full. The room type booked this time is suitable for business travel and parent-child travel, especially for families of three.

When we checked in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk informed us that there were only rooms with noise, and the other rooms without noise had not been sorted out. We were made to wait in the lobby for more than half an hour. After the cleaning was completed, we were not notified, so we went to ask. We checked at the front desk and then told us that we were ready to check in. However, I booked a four-hour early check-in on Ctrip. However, the room had not been cleared out when I arrived at three o'clock in the afternoon. When I booked, I saw that breakfast was included. However, the front desk said that there was no breakfast and I needed to buy it myself. Later, I had to contact Ctrip customer service to resolve the room issue. Breakfast is included. After arriving at the room, the room was small and different from the picture. The room looked large in the picture but it was not. Not only that, the toilet in the bathroom was also very dirty. When we asked to change rooms, they took us to see the rooms and said they all had toilets like this. The hotel just said it was because the facilities were old and gave us a disposable toilet seat, but that toilet seat It is not suitable for smart toilets, it is too small and cannot be installed at all. The shower head in the shower room was dirty, yellow and had a lot of water stains, and the floor in the shower room was not very clean either. There was a lot of dust on the edge of the bed, but our room had just been cleaned and there shouldn't be so much dust. I suspected that the hotel didn't change the sheets.

The room was very clean and all services were very good. The front desk staff had an excellent service attitude. They even patiently helped me find my ring if I lost it. The housekeeping department was also very helpful. This is an excellent team!

The hotel has an elegant environment, and the service is attentive and enthusiastic. The robot delivers things quickly. The hotel is hygienic and clean. The room facilities are quite new. A bottle of water is still warm when you arrive, which is great.

The price is okay! The environment is good and traveling is very convenient

The hotel is suitable for a stay for a couple of nights. There is practically no sound insulation. Close to the metro.
