Lijing Hotel

This is the first bad review in so many years. Apart from the big room, it has no merits. It is an old train station hotel with poor maintenance, and it has a false four-star rating. [Lobby Front Desk] The front desk on the first floor is being renovated. It looks like a sign-in area for an exhibition. The service attitude is extremely indifferent. If we hadn't approached and taken the initiative, no one would have paid any attention to us. I asked if I could change the room type from twin bed to king bed or provide room upgrade related services like other hotels. I was told that it was not possible, and they did not tell me that I could add more than ten yuan to change to a double bed room type (later we checked the price of the day on Ctrip. I just discovered it), but speaking of it, this type of upgrade and room change is indeed an additional service. If it is flexible and adaptable, it is normal if it is not, and I didn’t ask much. I was surprised to find that the tea leaves blocked by the previous resident in the sink did not go into the water at all. The metal handle was already [rusty], and so was the wardrobe. Peeling skin. As soon as I checked in, I had to find a master to come and repair the water. My request to change rooms was rejected again. The cake I bought needed a large refrigerator to keep it fresh. I asked the front desk if it could be provided, and the answer was no. I asked if there were ice bags or ice buckets for ice wine, but still no. A hotel with a four-star rating, [asking questions and answers], do you think it is reasonable? The smell of cigarette smoke coming from next door to the non-smoking hotel kept people awake, and no one answered the call. In a four-star hotel, the [room soundproofing] is extremely poor. Two people next door were chatting, and I could hear the whole thing as if they were talking in my ears. How come your management is so loose internally and you only focus on attacking customers? There are quite a few four- and five-star hotels that I have stayed in when traveling for business all year round. To be honest, it is a bit strange to encounter such a hotel in this era. It does not actively help solve problems, does not provide enthusiastic services, and the hardware is extremely old. It is basically the hardware level of the 1990s. The post-00s generation has reorganized the service attitude in the workplace, allowing you to directly feel like an outcast. If you want to be blamed for giving money to the boss, just come and stay.

酒店在南城算是很好的酒店了，房間大，衞生乾淨，前台和客房服務很不錯，周邊吃飯的也多離地鐵和南站也很近，非常方便！👍

我定的房間是658一晚的商務雙床房，有一個床墊子翻身吱呀吱呀的響，地毯也很老舊了，沙發上有兩個煙燙的洞，鏡子也有裂紋，衞生間地板磚也裂了，七點早餐去了還沒做出來，早餐也很一般，這麼高級的酒店真是讓人住着感覺還沒有一般的連鎖酒店好呢，但是前台的服務員服務態度很好。

房間設施不錯，大堂設計太L0W了，服務水平還不如快捷酒店，第一天洗澡沒熱水，幫找了個其他房間洗了。房間空調開冷風顯示25度，半小時後27度了（沒有設定錯）。第二天打掃房間用過的浴衣毛巾都沒收。

非常好的一家酒店，衞生不錯。訂的親子房一家四口入住，很不錯。有免費停車，但位置緊張。樓下附近有餐館，距銀泰百貨很近。衹是忘拍酒店照片了。

房間很大，床也很大，適合全家出行居住，這次老北京一家人2個房間住了3晚，出行也還算方便。

付款300元按金，退房時衹退還270，扣了30，也不知道扣在哪，也沒有人説，扣的莫名其妙
