Our room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the room was well lit and the hygiene was very good. The service staff who clean the room every day are very attentive and ensure that the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel's dining experience is also very good. The breakfast is rich and varied, tastes good, and has many varieties, which satisfied the tastes of our family.

The room facilities are outdated, especially in the bathroom. The faucets are badly worn and the noodle pool is faded. TV series cannot be watched and Tencent has to pay. There are no smart facilities such as Xiaodu and Xiaoai. These are nothing. At 10 o'clock in the evening, my son and I were getting ready to take a rest. Suddenly we heard someone listening to music, and the sound was very loud. Then I called the front desk. The waiter went to 402 and looked at it. I don't know how the 402 customer responded. , the front desk told me that the guest might be listening to music while taking a shower. Oh my god, you were listening to music while taking a shower, and the sound was so loud, didn’t you consider disturbing others? This is a hotel, not your home, right? After a few minutes, the music became quieter. I thought it was quieter this time and I could go to sleep. My son didn't sleep during this period and said he was scared. As a result, there was another loud noise upstairs, like the sound of a chair being dragged or a child riding a twister, coming and going, and it lasted for 5 minutes... This time I called the front desk again, and the front desk's reply was, how about I change the room for you? I said, it’s troublesome to fall asleep now, but think about how you can sleep in this situation? So I packed my luggage and moved my son to room 318. At this time, a certain room closed and the sound was very loud, which scared my son to tears. The lights in the corridor were originally very weak, so I moved to a new room and felt like I was coaxing my son to sleep. I thought this It's quiet and I feel more at ease, but the door closing outside is very loud, and the door closing next door is very loud, which especially affects my rest. The funniest thing is that two people came back at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, and the door closing is still very loud. I really admire it, *** *Isn’t it okay to have some quality? Later, a big mosquito appeared in the room. I failed to catch it several times. I found an electric mosquito coil in the cabinet, but there was no mosquito coil liquid in it. Because it was too late, I was afraid of waking up my son, so I finally fell asleep, so I didn’t call the front desk. Call and ask for mosquito repellent. My son was frightened several times and didn’t get a good rest throughout the night. I also slept for more than four hours in total... My son and I were bitten by mosquitoes several times. Alas, this hotel experience is so bad. Friends who are traveling and staying in hotels, be sure to choose carefully! I didn't get enough rest and was very depressed, which made the trip very unhappy.
