格林豪泰非常差勁的一家酒店。具體來説：
首先，衞生條件極其惡劣的臟臟臟！枱麪窗台邊角處厚厚一層灰、牆上同樣掛着落滿灰的蜘蛛網、簡陋塑料燒水壺內部大量碎片浮沉，牙杯內外遍佈一道道噁心的黃漬、枕頭上有黑腳印、椅子軟麪臟成黑色漏海綿。
其次，所有設備都壞的厲害！電話聲筒沒音掛機狀態下還嘟嘟響、電視壞了打不開、空調幹轉不制熱、馬桶蓋靈活的轉來轉去、掛衣架變形扭歪、窗户年久關不上。
第三，所有服務人員缺乏基本職業素養！前台蓬頭垢面、沒有服務意識。由於我房間窗關不上風呼呼進，不能給娃洗澡，晚上打了三遍電話等半小時沒人來，衹能人肉到前台找，前台説自己忙不過來給店長電話，店長也是直接掛機；有個超市老闆娘慢吞吞幫忙來看看，還讓我把窗簾拉上減少風，震驚，也關不上；説找保潔，保潔就睡客房隔壁，才晚上九點竟然以入睡為由不起身；再次來到前台要求換房間，前台還拒絕，又僵持很久店長安排人把窗户關上了。此時大概過去一個小時，耽誤孩子睡覺！等待期間還有人來前台反映房間屋頂漏水，也要求換房。。。
最後，酒店環境雜物亂堆！電梯門口沙發上堆着各種木架子和一垛不明物，走廊裏暖氣片上服務人員的衣物隨意掛着，房間門口還有成袋垃圾。
以上所有問題都是真實存在，讓人很難相信會同時集聚在一家連鎖酒店，應該被吊銷營業執照，正在積極研究向有關方面投訴舉報。

房間煙味很重，嗆得鼻子不舒服，早上醒來渾身都是煙味！
隔音很差，隔了好幾個房間説話都聽得一清二楚！
洗漱用品的塑料外包裝袋是發黴的！馬桶的水箱沒有蓋子！
本來預訂了3天，住1晚，立馬退房了，再也不會入住，十分非常極其差！

無線網跟2G似的，根本用不了。
被子很臟發黃，早上起來才發現，噁心死了。
感覺最離譜的，早上想洗個澡，居然沒有熱水。（****吧，咋還不倒閉）
