Very good hotel. Goodly harmonized by classical architecture and modern technological amenities. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a nearby beautiful canal with a jogging path.

Clean! Was amazing to have such a clean. Staff was friendly. Only issue was the automatic lights as we likenit to be dark in tbe room when we sleep.
The location is perfect from the station too.

In a big city, it can be difficult to find the right hotel. Shangdu Hotel is literally perfect in so many ways. I had a really warm greeting, easy check-in, and beautiful room. I was surprised how nice the hotel felt for the price. Everything was really clean and thoughtful, and the location is great for exploring areas of Beijing that people sometimes ignore.
I will definitely stay here again. I feel like it’s a bit of a hidden gem in Beijing!

Unlike many fake 4 stars rated hotels in China, this hotel is really deserves to be allocated in the 4 stars group.
I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Extremely clean, very friendly staff and very good price. I highly recommend it.

The stay was very good, 7 minutes by taxi from Beijing South Railway Station, and the hotel service details were well done. The bedding was comfortable, clean and hygienic.
Facilities: The house was newly renovated and the whole house was smart.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic.
Environment: Good sound insulation, fast elevator.
Service: The front desk staff were very polite and detailed.

I went to Beijing on a business trip. Since I had to leave from Beijing South Railway Station the next day, I chose a star-rated hotel closest to Beijing South Railway Station. Unexpectedly, I found another good hotel.
First of all, the three girls at the front desk were all nice. When they learned that breakfast was about to end, they immediately called the restaurant to keep some, and then let me go to the restaurant. Especially Huo Ming's reception was always very decent.
Secondly, the room was very large, the bedding was very good and comfortable, and the bedside table even had a wireless charging configuration. I will stay here again next time.
