Hyatt Regency Beijing Shiyuan

It is worthy of being a five-star Hyatt, a brand that upholds attentive service, and another excellent stay experience. This time we booked a connecting room with an elderly person. As soon as we placed the order on Ctrip, the hotel’s beautiful lady named Zhao called us to ask about the check-in requirements in detail and gave us better suggestions. When she learned that someone of ours had a birthday, she even said Will be taken care of. This made me feel the warmth of Hyatt before I checked in. When we checked in the next day, we were really surprised. The room was decorated with ”Happy Birthday” and the room was upgraded to a balcony room, which made the whole family excited. During my stay of 3 days and 2 nights, I could feel the good service awareness and enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff everywhere. Even if I met the waiters or cleaners in the corridor, they would greet me with smiles and give considerate tips, which really created a good atmosphere for the guests. Experience the atmosphere. In addition, the hotel is also designed with very user-friendly details, such as the small platform at the entrance, which is convenient for placing the key card. There is also a small sink in the bathroom, a bath stool is placed in the shower room to facilitate the elderly to take a shower, and the bathroom is equipped with voice-activated lights. There is no need to fumble for switches in the dark, and there is no need to call guests well in advance to remind guests to check out, which makes guests with elderly children less panic. If there are many people when dining, using guided seating can ensure a good dining experience for restaurant diners and avoid the chaos of holding plates and sharing tables to find seats. In short, Hyatt's user-centered management and service philosophy can be seen everywhere. The 90-year-old man in the family is very satisfied with this stay. He said that he will bring his children and grandchildren here when the spring flowers bloom, and he will also come here when his family celebrates their birthdays. Thanks again Hyatt!

First of all, I would like to thank the girl at the front desk for upgrading the room. Secondly, I was very touched that domestic cartoons were played on the patio in the evening. There is a projector on every wall with very good picture and sound effects. It’s really wonderful to watch domestic cartoons in a national-brand hotel. The upgraded room is a suite with a courtyard, which is closer to a townhouse. A single house but not a single wall. The extremely high-decibel music next door continued to output. Hearing this is Africa from the Great Compassion Mantra was very depressing. Fortunately, after the staff prompted, the volume was reduced to ”not noticeable to the naked ear.” The courtyard of the suite is large but poorly maintained and has low utilization rate. Most of the indoor area is allocated to the living room and office area, leaving very little space for the bedroom and bathroom area. Moreover, the shower and bathtub in the bathroom have no partitions and are enclosed in simple glass. The design does not feel suitable for the price of this room. The plastic shell of the socket above the sink has fallen off. The cold and hot water in the shower are all red. I turned the red button and left it for a long time and the water became colder. Only then did I realize that both knobs were red. . The accompaniment is water of Parma, which smells delicious. The room has three types of heating equipment: floor heating, air conditioning, and electric heating. Every time I return to the room, I feel very warm both physically and mentally. The park strictly restricts outside vehicles. Unregistered vehicles are not allowed to enter the park. Takeaways are only placed on the ground outside Gate No. 7. If you don't eat at the hotel, there don't seem to be any other good options for dining. The staff's clothing is very distinctive.

Zengfu Hotel (Beijing Yanqing Branch)

Yanqing Resort Area
This is my first time staying at Beijing Yanqing Zengfu Hotel. It is a very refined and elegant hotel. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded us to a deluxe double room for free. She also gave us souvenirs and restaurant coupons. The room is very spacious, fully equipped, clean and hygienic. There were complimentary canned drinks in the refrigerator. It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast had a variety of varieties and tasted good. There were shopping malls and parks nearby. Due to time constraints, I only stayed for one night. Two bottles of water were given when I checked out. Overall experience at Zengfu Hotel Very good and very cost-effective. I will choose this place again next time I come to Yanqing. Like it👍

Breakfast: There are three sets (A.B) of 15 yuan, 20 yuan, and 30 yuan, mainly: eggs, side dishes, rolls, pies, vegetarian meatball soup, millet porridge, etc. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Guishuihe Square. It is more convenient to drive from the hotel to other scenic spots in Yanqing, such as the World Garden and Longqing Gorge.

Very quiet, clean and clean, the room decoration is brand new, and the bedding is very clean. The landlord was very enthusiastic, we were much earlier than the stipulated check-in time, and we also arranged for us to check in early.

Old state-owned hotel, the service attitude is very sincere, the hot water is good and very rushing, but the facilities are really old, but the price is really low, you can still set a room during the National Day, you can choose this one if the requirements for living are not high. It is wifi, don't scan the QR code on the bedside, that is Trip.com's business, but the front desk is not clear, it should be yanchunxxx password is 8 8, it is not said that it is Chinese Yanchun Hotel, I refreshed for a long time and did not brush it out, it is recommended to remind in the room

Kyoto Akiguo Fashion Hotel

For me: the location is excellent, just beside the Guichuan Square, with convenient transportation. The price is also ok. The fly in the ointment is the poor sanitation of the hotel. The carpets in the elevators and corridors are obviously dirty, and it is time to clean or even replace them. There are also poor indoor facilities, cracked wallpaper, sp**** water flow in the bathroom, and it is impossible to take a comfortable bath. The waiter is very enthusiastic. Hope to replace and repair as soon as possible. The size of the room feels right.
